Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Malaysia1. No parking. And don't park in front of the hotel because at night, the birds on the tree partying and you will get new design with the birds dropping on your car the next morning 2. When you have inconsiderate hotel guest next door that put on the volume of the TV/music to the max and that is disturbing
Overall, the room rate and what you get is a good deal. The aircond is functioning, the water heater is a good option, the bed is given a comfortable blanket, and the breakfast is worth to include with your stay. Plus point goes to the staff who are very helpful and accommodative.

MalaysiaThe lobby and cafe are in the same area.It’s quite sensitive for muslim travellers to see lots of alcohol were displayed there.At night there were few people there, drink and karaoke.
I like the facilities in the room.They got large and comfortable beds, good TV programmes, modern decorations and large toilet. The room was clean and tidy.
