A superb location surrounded by many restaurants, cozy, clean, economic homestay that was worth to rent and stay for a trip with family and friends. The first thing I must mention is the owner was very nice and friendly. She helped us a lot especially during check-in by giving detail instructions and responded fast in what we needed. The best things there were many power points to ease our daily needs and they provided many pillows as well. The pool was also fantastic 🤩 There were water filter and cooking equipments too. Overall this place is good and satisfying. I would recommend for others to stay here.

Paid parking, so it become extra cost for the holiday. My van is too high so cannot park at the resident area. The lift taking ages as there is only 1 lft going to/fro lobby.

Clean environment and near restaurants, shops. The kitchen is good, can cook. There is washing machine but we do not know how to use it.

The guard at pool side so rude and agresif, so many question and must do before want go to pool. Are this the law of the pool before want to use it. Management must be check the law is true or no. The guard also give a limit to use pool just 1 hour only.

All of the properties are very good. The owner and staff so nice and helpful. Every question and problem fast reply. So many shop and facilities near the homestay, not to walk far away to find all that.

The room was just too small. Two adults couldn't move around comfortably inside the room. The 4 pillows provided were too thin. Pillow cases and bed sheets were already worn out. As well as the curtain and iron board cover. The provided telekung should be washed regularly. They should provide written or video instructions on how to go to the free parking lot at P4. During our stay, there was no lift service to go to the food court at LG. From our room at level 9th, we have to stop at P3, then get another lift to LG. Then, we have to walk up the stairs from LG to P3 to get a lift back to our room. It's really inconvenient.

The location was great. There were lots of restaurants at LG and around the building to have meals. PKNS and Plaza Alam Central were not far from the apartment.

The parking number was hard to find. The elevator took long time to arrive. The room had many small cockroaches. Just don't leave your food unattended.

Like the pool 8-8. Clean and clear and not many people used it. The playground was functioning well. The room was spacious with extra bed. There was a washing machine too. Will consider to come again because of the pool.

Just Need to wait for the lift so long when u going up from down.that was the main problem so far.

I like the room because it’s comfy and affordable.The location and place was friendly.easy to find food.The food was super delicious and affordable.They also gave us opportunities to park the car although we already check out

The toilet not so clean - not stinks but not so clean ( 6 out of 10). Dusty equipment - TV, remote control, tissue box, table, under the table (mostly hidden areas) TV channels - only Njoi, NO Netflix The view - not much you can see from the room. Got dust under the blanket, we need to clear off the dust to make it comfortable to lay on. Room size - I thought its the whole apartment with the kitchen and all but it only 2 queen bed & bathroom. But can fit to 4 people already good enough.

The swimming pool is awesome & very good control for the capacity at one time (20 persons) The location with full of food varieties,easy access,quite room,nice owner, easy payment method (no credit/debit card) The Wifi is fast too.
