NetherlandsBugs in the apartment. When mentioned to the host he immediately sent for housekeeping, so that’s decent.
Great view from the spacious apartment. Felt like a home rather than a hotel room which is nice. Two seperate bed- and bathrooms and a spacious living room area. The place looks decent, is clean and has a great hot shower. Kitchen comes equiped and there’s a washing machine too. Overall a decent stay with a few minor points -which are apparently common in the tropics. Great host at this place; easy to communicate with and fast in respons. Thank you mr Rana. Would recommend this place especially based on the views and location.

IndiaHousekeeping is done only once during your entire stay. So if u are there for longer period like more than 3 days, the rooms will look unkept and unclean. Also towels are not changed daily. It cost extra to do Housekeeping, which u as a customer would have to take care off.
We had booked 2 units of 2 bhk each as we were a family of 9, however when we reached there, they were on 2 different floors. We were given an option to upgrade to two 3 bhk on the same floor at an additional cost, which we took. The rooms were good. You get city view and Petronas tower view, though not from all windows. They do not provide breakfast, however all facilities to make breakfast is available in the rooms and u have 7-Eleven store below in the complex. There are a lot of eateries around Vortex suites mainly for non vegetarian. Not many options for vegetarian people. The staff is cordial and clear all ur doubts thru whatsapp and personal visits. Vortex suites location is in the heart of the city and close to all attractions like Petronas twin tower and klcc observatory. It is easy to identify as it is the only round tall building in the vicinity.

MalaysiaCharge me on extra head about Rm50. Did not mention a single word about extra head will be charges. When ask also cannot show the evidence. Got a lot of flies and cockroach in the toilet. Parking for that apartment are not provided instead they charge Rm20 for the free park. Provide towel that looks dirty.

And all the facilities such as the pool and gym is not included in the room rates...you have to pay separately and this was not mentioned in the ads.

JapanAll the others things. No lobby, no clean (in about 40 minutes) we found more than 10 cockroaches, the bad clothes and the sofa are dust and the toilet smells bad. Obviously I left the hotel after less than 1 hour and they will charge me the first night. This first night that they are going to charge me costs twice as much as the other 4 nights. Looks like if the Booking supports bad property.

United KingdomFirst time before arrived to the place been contacted by whatapps but the person unfriendly look like some talking just wake up from sleep. Second time by text tell howmuch have to pay deposit refundable plus tax. And when arrive have text him we already arrived but early so have to pay extra. The person who give the keys only understands Malay language but not really fully understand English when I rang to him asking about deposit and the end of our conversation I asking him if he understood, he replied he not really understood what I talked about. The rooms is basic similar llike stay at Bed and Breakfast accept no breakfast, no reception or person to talk to to if want to ask questions about the place only have security where only can ask about outside area of the place. If first time in Malaysia better stay elsewhere.
