Upon arrival at the hotel, the amount for accommodation and deposit is withdrawn, upon departure, the amount is withdrawn again for accommodation, in practice, the first amount and deposit should be returned to the account, but 2 days have passed and nothing has returned yet. Why can't you just withdraw the amount for accommodation immediately upon arrival, and pay extra for the mini-bar and that's it?

Need to change the check in time if there is room available right away I fllew nine hours arrived 5am and check in at 1pm . The family next to me slept on sofa tired.

Clean room also good breakfast and nice service at the restaurant.

Perfect hotel in Kuala Lumpur in front of the Petronas towers. The food is great and the personal is outstanding and very friendly. The pool bar with the pool is top notch for relaxing with some drinks. Room is very modern and high tech. Memorable experience I will never forget.

Please take note that the rooms that had the adjacent door to next room, were not sound proofing. We were losing our sleep when the tenant next room came back late and started to have party in his room.

Our family felt blessed for the mini encouragement party organized by the hotel staff for my daughter. They even took the trouble to extend a late check out for us as my daughter was having her examination at The British Council, which is located just across the road . So that she can refresh herself before starting journey home. Thanks again

the carpet is a bit dusty. i have dust mite allergy so its easy to notice that.

The pool bar service was sometimes very slow & on an evening there is a different younger crowd, there for drinks & instagram pics of the tower view, music can be very loud

The view from the room was simply amazing, Petronus Towers in touching distance, definitely worth a KLCC room. Staff couldn’t do enough, so courteous & helpful. Organized transport to our next location in Ipoh at much less than many of websites offering car transfer

For a hotel in KL, I was expecting better breakfast with regards to the flavour, I would rate it a 5 as I have stayed in other hotels in KL and the flavour of food there is much better. Also for the amount that we has paid per night I was expecting a larger option spread.

There was an option where we could order for instantly fried noodles and this was so tasty and great! There were large enough tables for 2 families to sit and we could sit with our friends.

Excellent location and view from the pool is fantastic. beds are super comfy. The real highlight would have to be the staff though. Nothing was too much trouble. made the stay wonderful and this will be my go to for future stays in kl.

Stunning views from our hotel room of the patronas towers and the most gorgeous room. Beautiful decor, cleaning service done twice a day!! The staff were absolutely incredible, so polite and helpful. We were celebrating our one year anniversary and were welcomed to balloons, a lovely card and chocolate in the room which was the nicest touch. The swimming pool was beautiful too, with great views. The location was perfect and I was very impressed with the room rate- for a W, it was so reasonably priced! Highly recommend this hotel!!
