But A7, the toilet is at the foot of the bed. So if anyone goes to the toilet, we can see directly into the toilet. A7 didnt have any side table. The existing table was too small. The plug only have 1. So its a bit difficult for us to charge our handphones. A bit dusty on the comforter. The lady staff argued with me, when i told her that ive extended my stay and paid via oyo, she argued that oyo gave the price too low and too cheap. N she wanted to discuss with the owner, whether or not to let me stay another night, even though ive paid the rooms online and when she informed me that the owner allowed me to stay, she offered me to stay at the same rooms, even though ive upgraded and paid for a bigger room. Otherwise everything is ok and good. It is an option for me if im coming back to kelantan.

I like A3 room. So spacious. Its clean and smell good.

easy to get breakfast..lunch and dinner ..shopping too at wakaf cheYeh many cafe & restaurant nearby of wadi isfa . especially the good breakfast/dinner at Dklasik Cafe/JL Fara Crab . Dinner ..nasi ..I like goreng ikan bekok, western food ..etc ..breakfast too ...and many types of bread /roti bakar with telor goyang , roti tsunami etc.

The contact number provided in booking.com was not the correct one. We arrived early at the train station but unable to get a grabcar so soon, so I had to search at google map for the correct contact number and it was only found in one of the photos posted. Thankfully we managed to still get the rooms that we booked yet one of them had no shower head.😅😅

The location is good; within walking distance to restaurants, laundry, shops, etc. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable.

The direction provided by booking.com is wrong. OYO assistance also very bad, give wrong direction and transferring the call to the wrong number. I was lost for almost an hour. I have to find the hotel telephone number by myself. The owner told me they already made a complain for 2 years but no action taken by OYO management.

Most unpleasant experiences here. The owner very rude. He used harsh words during phone call and check in. I already made full payment during booking session. However, The owner request us to pay rm300 more if we wanted to stay here. Due to their internal problem with oyo and booking.com. They don't want to take the responsibility and act as the victim. So, they claimed more money from us. They totally scammed us in direct sun. So, i'll never stay here again. Hopefully, its not happen to others. As booking.com please do something about this problem. Tqvm
