Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

MalaysiaThe balcony door cant be locked properly. we have small children, hence I had to put the door stopper under the sliding door to prevent my children going out to the balcony. the door lock was out of battery when we tried to check out, so we cant open the door. the host was helpful but, i dislike to experience this kind of things especially when i have kids with me.
Love the washing machine. But we need to purchase own detergent. Refrigerator was great, easy to store foods. its like living in the comfort of my own home. it's walking distance to Legoland and the Medini Mall.

The apartment was clean and tidy. The instructions for check in easy to follow. The house is nearby to legoland. We can easily walk to mall of medini and enter the legoland from there.

SingaporeKey collection was a bit of a hassle, and I was initially given the wrong passcode to collect the keys from the mailroom. The apartment was also quite close to the lift so I could hear the lift bell from the main bedroom toilet. Parking was on the 5th level and the spiralling way up was a bit tight.
The condo was easy to find on the GPS, and the apartment unit was very clean and neat. Amenities like hairdryer, iron, shampoo & soap were provided, as well as a microwave, fridge and washing machine. There was also a gaming console that the kids enjoyed. There as enough space in the apartment to move around and to put our things. It was generally cosy and had everything that we needed.. a very good option for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids.
