Wifi was awful. i needed for work to connect some times but usually knocked out the internet. There were goosebumps very small. so...dont leave the food on the table)))) it didnt bother to live there)

Location is wonderful - in front of the station and you can come by foot there. When we came to the hotel we were settled immediately. We rent room for 3 person and there were enough space for everyone. If you passing throug the city it is a good variant

It was a bit noisy (the street was quite busy) but still bearable. But to expect some 5 star hotel sound proof windows for that price, I would consider being very El-cheapo.

Most strategic location for travelers. Within a few steps from Kuala Lumpur Sentral station. Also you can find absolutely whatever you need within steps/minutes: Shopping Mall, local dirt cheap and excellent restaurants and eateries, various service providers, FX places, etc.

There were no windows in the room, even though I had booked 'a room with a view'. The room was also very small, and so was the toilet/shower room.

The location is excellent and the room was very clean and quiet. Sentral trains and buses are very close and there were lots of restaurants nearby as well.

Ridiculous hotel policy that will cancel your reservation if checking in after 3pm. Stains on the bed sheets and pillow covers. Toilet bowl makes noise the entire day, really noisy. The room is damp due to no windows.

There is nothing that I did not like.

I liked the location as it is just opposite KL Sentral. I also liked that it is within walking distance to lots of Indian restaurants because I love Indian food.

A bit of a walk and could be a bit of a hassle if you happen to have big luggage with you.

Clean and comfy. Had a short stay before heading for my flight and it was good enough for stay. Right in the center of KL with easy access to Nu Sentral Mall and KL Sentral trains/buses

Room with the window was quite noisy so room without a window is your best choice if you care about noise.

Stayed here 2 times. First time we had a big window and a smart TV which was a good touch. Comfortable bed and clean room. Second time the room we were booked into, the AC didn’t work and was just blowing hot musty air. We asked to move rooms and staff were helpful and let us move. Room didn’t have a smart TV but was still comfortable. Area of the hotel is very good as you are right next to the central station and shopping centre.

Slow water pressure.

Room is very clean and comfortable for someone who looking for budget hotel. The location have easy access to public transport. Variety restaurants, convenience store, and shopping mall just walking distance from the hotel.

The room was smaller than i expected. Very compact so its good for only a short stay of 1-2 days.

The location is very convenient for commuting to different places. Also near streetfood, restaurant and mall. Wifi was quite fast. They provide hair dryer, kettle, glass, cup, coffee, tea etc in the room. Common iron(board) is available too. As there is water filter, you can refill ur bottle so no need to keep buying water :)

stains of dirt on the bed cover as if someone stepped on it but bearable enough to last two nights. Not sure if the toiletries indicated do not include toothpaste and toothbrush nevertheless. I was hoping the heater was working too.

The staff allowed me to check in my room even prior the published check in time which made me very happy.
