Great place! The location is really optimal. The river is really close and you can catch a taxi boat there. The hostel can arrange tours as well. The owner is a great guy, really friendly! Beds are comfotable, hot shower and free coffee and tea when we were there.

- There are no lockers in the room, but personally I thought it didn’t feel unsafe to leave your stuff there. Also the owner will gladly help you store your valuables at a safe space! - Only bottom beds have curtains.

- Owner was very nice and helpful. Also really recommend booking your tours via him since I had a really great time (especially during the night walk). - Easy to meet other people because of the cozy porch which makes it feel like home. - Very close to the entrance of the park (you can even see it from the window in the dorms). - Dorms were clean and comfortable and had airconditioning. - Enough showers and toilets that were also clean. - Free water, coffee and tea. - Good wifi. - Very good price for what you get!

Perfect place to stay if you are visiting Kuala Tahan and looking for a place to meet people and enjoy trips into Taman Negara. Deck area outside is perfect and the host has some good trips into the national park. Best place to stay for a hostel here.

I had an amazing stay at wild lodge. Jason is an amazing host and the place is clean and comfortable with the best view in town. Jason also organize tours and try to keep the group small which is really good compare to other company and Farid and Imran, the two guides, are really knowledgeable about the jungle and really fun !

Bad smell in the corridor despite all the air fresheners... But I guess you can't avoid it when people come back from hikes really smelly.

Lovely view of the river, best location, shared the room with only 3 more people, air conditioning, hot shower. The terrace is really nice to socialize, and the manager was super helpful to plan activities. Met some nice people but I also had great sleep. Really great value for money. I'd say it's the best place to stay for a solo traveler in Taman Negara.

Jason was a welcoming and down to earth host, super knowledgeable about the park and area. He runs everything himself, can organise trips and is very chatty and flexible. Considering the cheap price the hostel is very clean and comfortable, although is not anything fancy. The location is perfect - right next to the boat crossing to the park. Great place to stay for anyone wanting to spend time in the rainforest.

The toilets could be a bit better.

Comfortable accommodation for a good price. Location is just a short walk to anywhere. Jason, the host, is extremely helpful. The porch is where everyone gathers to relax and plan the next hike.

Best location right by river and in town, super clean hostel (one of cleanest we've stayed in ever), nice communal outdoor space, Jason who runs it is super helpful and friendly. Nice privacy in beds with curtains and outlets/lights by bed. Overall one of best hostels I've stayed in and best value lodging available in Taman Negara.

Jason is a great host who puts interest in his guests. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable with a beautiful view on the river. You can book tours with Jason and they are cheaper as well! The location is just next to the river with restaurants and of course the national park!

Good location, just across the Park Centre and all the activities. Love the view of the river from the room.
