How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The hotel owner should install the lens at the room main door for the guests safety to monitor the any visitors and the should prepare a cupboard to keep the guests belongings

Very hard to get grab or bus, if u don't have your own transport pls consider somewhere nearer to genting highland or genting premium outlet
The place is ok, alot of food nearby, if u have your own transport it's a nice place

Bed was not nice. Tip: turn the mattress!
Genting Highlands was not wat we were looking for. E though to do some hikes, but it was more a chique place with no options to hike.

the bathroom smells stinky, i think it comes from the toilet bowl or pembentung something, the toilet is clean but got smell, i think u need to call indah water.
the room is good, suitable for my little family, even no aircond but still cold, got hot water provide outside the room, towels and got TV also with basic channel, still good for me

Water in toilet for shower sooooooooooooooo slowwww. Paip dengan sinki okay laju air. But hot shower very slow water. Overall so good will come stay again its so cheap and affordable. But the only one problem is water heater so slow. Room nmbr 7. Idk if the other room got good hot shower water.
All was okay. Staffs are so friendly. I ask for the extra pillow they gave us. Location are soo perfectooooo near to everywhere.

During my recent stay at this hotel, I found the parking space to be quite limited.

The room had adequate space and was well-appointed with essentials like a television, and a desk While my stay was brief, I found the hotel to be a suitable choice for a night stay, especially if you're looking for a convenient location with plenty of dining options nearby. The cleanliness and comfort of the room added to the positive experience.

Nowhere to hang clothes. Very small room
Clean bedding Clean rooms and corridors Free water Hot shower in clean bathroom Very helpful staff, the young girl helped us get a lift to the bus station for a connection to airport after taxi failed to turn up. I booked with gentingsifu.com the previous night and although booking accepted and extortionate fee paid (52RM) for a 4km trip was a no show. Over a convenient store which was handy. Restaurants all around. Great bar called Ax round the corner, good music and western food which was delicious

I like the room it is out of my expectyion I was thinking may be will be not very clean itz a small hotel so maybe will not much clean not will have hot shower but It was very nice very quick check in the hotel wass small but very very very clean that was I like so much the hostel receptionist miss khim she is very nice very professional very friendly helping and informative she tell us everything about area where to eat where to shoping how to get taxi and help us to arrainge transport for us I would must say itz more it is more convenient then a five star ⭐ hotel I'm so happy worth off money the location is excellent 👍👍 there is many restaurants open 24 hours it was excellent stay over there and thnx again miss khim she is great lady
