They had a shortage on the cremer in the room for coffee and I really like my coffee in the morning.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The place was very clean and always had a lovely smell. The pool side was great and I enjoyed the tasty food!

hotel may not be best design or luxury decorations but definitely the most friendly hotel. The staff are very helpful, attentive, fast to response to our request. The pool is the best in Langkawi, sun loungers are just perfect we can spend days just with the pool and pool bar. Amazingly comfortable trip.

Real surprisingly comfortable hotel, there is no outside noises despite near airport and center of Langkawi. Very near Cenang beach and Telaga harbour. 15 minutes away from major tourist places.

Shuttle to Cenang beach needs more trip.

Modern classic design hotel from entrance to lobby and overseeing the pool. Very large lobby indeed. The plus point is the staff, for their friendly services, I would highly recommended.

There is no phone in the room! For any customer service or room service, you have to use the in-house apps which sometimes may delay your requests. I wanted a coffee creamer but had to wait for around 2 hours to get it in my room. The Pentai Cenang is also far from the hotel which takes around 15 mins drive. However, if you need a quiet location to stay, it’s manageable by renting a bike.

The property is just next to the Langkawi Airport. People can literally walk from the airport which takes around 5 mins. The staff are great and helpful. I ordered a surprise cake package for my Wife’s birthday and with the cake, they decorated the room beautifully. The breakfast at the hotel was full of options and delicious too.

Franky speaking, being a Malaysia I think this could be the most friendly hotel in Langkawi. Check in, pool bar and restaurant, just to share their smile. Except housekeeping, need more discipline perhaps will be perfect. 4.5 star service. Hotel is at the center of Langkawi, and 15 minutes away from every tourist spot.

Surprisingly nice and clean hotel despite near airport. Easy to visit cable car, island hopping and boat jetty. 5 minutes away from Cenang beach, and we enjoy the hotel center piece - the swimming pool. Good family retreat.

Our room shower need some maintenance, and they staff fixed it the next day. More routine maintenance would be great experience for new guests. Langkawi is hot and housekeeping need to refill water more frequent.

We spent several evenings in the lobby restaurant especially our last extended night. Not only was the food delicious but especially the hospitality, the entire team was outstanding - with their kind, cheerful and friendly manner they made us feel very comfortable, so we returned every evening. Thank you!

The hotel is right in the center of Langkawi Island. Many guests prefer to stay inside the resort, but we hope for more shuttles to Cenang Beach, which would be great.

Very friendly and spacious hotel; the lobby was very grand and stylish. We liked the swimming pool and bar especially in the evening. Our group of six spent the whole evening and had dinner right beside the pool bar. It wasn't perfect, but it was just relaxing for us.

Southeast Asia hotels definitely offer value for money, and the hospitality is top-notch. The front desk and restaurant staff at Wings are amazingly helpful and friendly, and the hotel's pool bar is simply the best. There are good varieties of cocktails and food, plenty of sunbeds, and wonderful weather. We really enjoy the vibe. We will come back next season.

food in restaurant and breakfast was underwhelming compared to everything else

Booked as the location near the airport worked well for us, hotel exceeded our expectation - we got really spacious room, pool was amazing, staff was really friendly and helpful.
