Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

SingaporeWe couldn't find the main entrance/ lobby to the apartment as a first-timer. The entrance is not located where we entered from the main road but at the side road. Only an experienced Grab driver will know where to pick you up.
We stayed 1 night on 14 Mar - 15 Mar & again on 18 Mar - 19 Mar. (Stayed from 17-18 Mar in bigger suites for 10 pax) The apartment room is spacious & clean. Laundry shops, eateries, and massage are everywhere within walking distance (for hikers like us). Grab taxis are also everywhere in town. I will book this apartment again if I visit Ipoh.

The location and the views were some of the best of Ipoh. The bathroom and towels could have been cleaner. The living space and beds were very comfortable. Plenty of utensils and kitchen appliances. Check in and check out we’re very smooth and easy. I appreciate the last minute accommodations.

MalaysiaDriving up the multi level carpark was not a good experience. The spiral ramp up was very narrow, tight and steep. The glass shower room in the bathroom was too small and tight, can hardly turn your body around during shower.
The rooms are very spacious. Good view of city. Very strategic location. Walking distance to eateries.

location is right at the center of all those famous "must eat" makan place in Ipoh. All within 5 minutes of walk. Check in was a breeze, juz transfer the security deposit into the host account, she will provide the password to her mailbox. get the key card & parking access card from there. Check out , just drop the key back to mailbox & snap a photo. She will reimburse deposit in less than 24H. There is a pool for use but I did not use it. I saw some kids enjoying themselves though.

MalaysiaThe toilet doesn't looks as clean due to the stains on the floor. There were small chipped tiles in the shower area that hurts my foot because I didn't notice it was crack. Pillow could have been better because it was too low and it doesn't support the neck. Probably provide more pillow will be a bonus Smell of other house food came into our room and the smell lingers for hours.
The bed was comfortable, view was great and the air-cond was really cold.

MalaysiaDue to faulty aircond, i was given another unit, which is smelly. it smells like the mixture of drainage & wet furniture. only provided body shampoo, and no others. No hair dryer. The bedding set is clean and comfortable. Shower room no hot water, need to shower fr the bathtub. The parking entrance is steep n narrow.
it is located at the new town (新街场), walking distance to famous chicken rice, biscuit shops, salted chicken shops.
