The door leading to toilet and shower room feels fragile. The elevator is a little bit small. There is no water refill station.

Sound proof and spacious room, the hotel is located near major shopping mall which can be easily reaches by foot, Both monorail and MRT is nearby, The room have great atmosphere. The shower room and toilet is spacious and contain full suite of amenities, for example, lotion, shower gel, and conditioner shampoo. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located at the heart of Bukit Bintang. A lot of restaurants and shops are nearby. The MRT and LRT station is direct in front of the hotel, that makes it easy to explore the city of Kuala Lumpur.

If there is breakfast included with the room that would definitely be better.

The location was excellent, it is located at the heart of Bukit Bintang. As for the room, it is one of the most comfortable rooms that I stayed in so far. I really like the design and the whole atmosphere of the room, it gave a relaxing vibe to chill and to relax.

This hotel didn't serve buffet breakfast; to have breakfast, you must fill out the breakfast form and give it to the reception desk before midnight. There were not many breakfast options. The breakfast is served in a plastic box. There was a roof leak in my room, and a crack could be seen; we tried to call the front desk, but no one answered the phone, so I had to go from the 12th floor to the ground floor to tell the front desk that there was a roof leak in my room. We waited for maintenance to fix the leak when we should have rested in our room.

The hotel is in the heart of KL, with many malls, restaurants, and grocery stores. Access to the MRT and bus station is also near the hotel. You can get all that just by walking distance. We booked two rooms with a window option, and the view was fantastic. You can see the busy streets and business 24 hours in this area, and the city night lights were great.

Noise from the streets. Even though we stayed up high. Designated drop off spot for the hotel are being used and parked by others. Greater control and security need to be used for the designated drop off spot. Had to walk across to Lot10 to get a Grab

Maybe because of raya festival and our room facing to the main street. So a bit noisy even after 2am. But that's not a big problem.

1) There was no chair and coffee table in my room which makes it inconvenient to work in the room. No place to seat to enjoy cup of coffee. 2) No Restaurant for Breakfast in the Hotel. Starbucks only open at 9am. Was there for business trip and meeting was at 9am.

Sometimes the plumbing would make some strange, gurgling noises but nothing terrible. Just mention but no deal breakers here.

The location is great - in the middle of the action! We were on an upper level and could not hear any noise so that was great. Our room had a wonderful view over the large busy intersection which we enjoyed. The staff was very helpful for us because we needed to leave some items for pick up and drop off and it all went very smoothly. Great stay!

Just to comment that the air con was a bit loud.

The location of the hotel is just great - right in the center of Bukit Bintang - shopping malls, monorail & MRT stations right next to, Jln Alor in walking distance, small food bars across the street. The Room furniture is very stylish, the bed is comfortable, sanitary facilities are clean. I felt comfortable, almost like home right when I entered the room.

It's a bit noisy at night. The soundproof of the hotel was kinda poor. The size of the room was small compared to the other hotels in kl with the same price. Bed had some sand on it. Other than that, all good.

The location is superb. It's very convenient to every tourist spot in bukit bintang and public transport too. Only a few minutes of walking distance. Recommend for backpackers because I think there's no car park for someone travel with vehicles.
