Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SingaporeNo complains with the apartment itself, but while the condo development itself was clean and pretty new, it showed signs of wear and tear. Location was pretty decent near the Causeway but for drivers, note that the traffic in and out of the R&F development can get quite congested even during off peak hours.
The apartment was spotless, comfortable and came with all the usual amenities you would expect to have at a homestay. Great value for money as well for big groups. We stayed in a large apartment with 4 bedrooms, for a fraction of the price it would have cost in a full service hotel. Owners were also very responsive to answer questions via WhatsApp, and also pretty detailed with their check in and check out instructions.

The apartment was superb! Super squeaky clean. Super comfortable. Super nice. The places we wanted to go was all nearby. Some can just walk over. The location was perfect. The view is also nice where we could see the traffics in between JB and SG. At night, the view was the best! Surely will book here again. As this is my first time booking at R&F, it was really a pleasant stay!! Thank youuuuu 🥰

SingaporeFor those who dislike crowded traffic, this is not the place to stay. Even the locations is super accessible. The management, security not helpful. Trust me. Our 3 cars unable to exit the gantry, they make us stay more than an hour hence we have to pay extra. Security push away to management, management push to the landlord or the property agent. It was a tedious argument with them. Given different instructions by them. Especially when you have a small kid and get stuck in the parking lot for more than 1 hour. They need to step up something, knowing that we rent the place, hence there’s no need for them to make us as if like we are just a normal patron to the shopping mall. They should have all the entry records but yet they’re not being so helpful. The parking basement and lot is really confusing. Pay attention on all the fine lines of the house rules. Sadly, we wont be give another chance to this place. Even tho this is our 2nd stay there, but no 3rd time. Goodbye.
The room is super clean and spacious. 4 bedder comes with 3 toilets is more than enough to accommodate family of 4. The host is super nice and easy to communicate
