Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeSpent so much money yet there's not breakfast provided. Not even any snacks at the mini bar. To be put into context I booked the executive king suite which was the 2nd most expensive room (wanted something more luxurious and for the bath tub) but yet there's nothing special. There was a little bit of smell in the room as well and the hot water wasn't very hot.

SingaporeThe hotel's check-in timing isn't ideal for me (only at 3 pm). To be fair, I prefer to just check in directly, without the need to leave baggage at the counter :)
The location of the hotel is pretty near to CIQ, the area tends to be quite well-lit and has places to visit in the night till 1am. I love the fact that it is near to the old street where we are just steps away from the food. The best thing is that there isn't any cigarette smell lingering, unlike some of the other hotels I have previously visited.

SingaporeThe Television... not enough channels to watch. But if you have Netflix acct or YouTube then just sign in...should be okay. The Toilet dustbin too small, No hair dryer and the shower water pressure too low...Bad traffic during at night due to night market just opposite so.. grabcar or taxi might take a longer time to reach the hotel entrance/pick up point.
Love the Location due to the Night market just apposite the hotel. The room are spacious. Toilet are clean with complete complimentary sanitary/toiletries. Aircon and the refrigerator were superb cool and working well which i love it so much! The Comfy Bed with enough pillows! The room view! All in the room satisfied me actually!!

SingaporeIt was Thaipusam - hotel staff could have warned us of the parade early in the morning at 2 or 3am along the street next to hotel, which caused a huge ruckus that woke me up and persisted for 20 min.
Easy check-in, spacious room, smart tv, clean and nice little touches of greens. Overall, a value for money place to stay for a night within walking distance of City Square.

The hotel staff were very friendly and reliable. They always put a smile on their face when greeting every hotel guests. The room is very spacious and clean. We got the Pasar Karat view. TV channels are children friendly. Parking for cars are cool as we need to ride up the car lift. Good security system, as the lobby and the carpark can only be entered by hotel guests. Pasar karat was just opposite the hotel.
