The staff was a bit cool. Except for one manager and the bell staff the others were not welcoming.

It is clean with a decent gym and nice pool. The breakfast buffet was extensive. Food was delicious. Coffee could have more choices.

The balcony was MASSIVE but no place to sit or hang out. And the view wasn't very nice. They weighing scale didn't work. Might as well don't bother putting one in. And the iron needs to be cleaned

The sahoor menu would be a challenge for children / non malay food enthusiast. Saw the arabs and the malay families with children struggling on what to eat. The breakfast menu on the other hand is marvelous as usual. The buka puasa buffet ended way too soon (4 days before eid), so does the bazaar Ramadhan. well at least the ala carte regular meal is still available

Not the hotel issue, but CH water is murky. You wont notice much if its a shower, but you will see it if you're using the bath tub (had the same issues from the other upscale hotels I stayed as well). Brush your teeth with bottled water instead (Dasani costed RM2 for 1.5l at the shop same row with the Agrobank). Could only enjoy the pool in the afternoon as the water is too cold otherwise.

Comfy bed. Comfy pillows. Spacious room, you can sit on the sofabed and opened your balcony door and watch the sunrise/sunset from your room. Ample amenities on the room. The weight machine and an airco is a nice touch. I never used the airco though as the fan and cool weather already good. Shower have good water pressures Love the swimming pool and the view. The pricier room have huge balconies but the view from the 2nd floor cant beat the view from the 5th and above (this particular room is on the 7th fl) Good breakfast with lots of options. If you're walking, you could take the LG (parking lot) entrance to go back to you room. Save a few steps uphill, plus you will be greeted by a nice smell from the laundry room.

Cleanliness is the major concern, esp toilet and basin, can see stains on the glass door, wall n tiles. Didn’t dare to use the bathtub. Second is the staffs in dining area, need better training on how to serve the guests. The “chef” never look up to take order from the guests just never bother till you call him, and the unfriendly facial expression from most of them, no greeting none. I can get this kinda service anywhere but not a good hotel like this. Need improvement

pay some attention to the surfaces of the of the balcony railings where i could see a lot of dust as there are construction works going on the adjacent blocks.

the location in Tanah Rata town center, the set-up of the room where I feel comfortable, the breakfast choice plentiful, staff are friendly and helpful.

The in room menu service can be better in the context serving all the necessity. Like I had ordered a hot chocolate and it was sugar less. They did not provided sugar.

The wifi could be way better in the rooms. The pool closes too early, it would be nice to sit by the pool after sunset also.
