Didn’t appreciate how staff assumed my card was at fault first (insufficient funds) when it was actually the connection on their machine that was causing the rejection Safety deposit box (which I couldn’t use) made a ticking sound but it was dealt with efficiently Sauna is self service so doesn’t heat up in time for use

Lovely room but agree with others that carpets need a deep clean Liked the gym and pool area (great view of the mosque if you don’t have one from your room) Room service was efficient and lovely food Amazing choice for breakfast. It’s self service but you can get omelettes made to order which were amazing

They will shut down the light around the hall way and in front elevator in the evening. Not sure if it’s because of Ramadan. But it’s strange given that it is supposed to be a five star hotel. Otherwise the location and view next to the lake is beautiful.

Ok. But the services are not up to the normal standard given the hotel stars. They will demand for client to pay right on the spot every time we order food/drinks. They will not allow putting the bills into the room and pay upon check out. I find this puzzling.

The air conditioning feels warm. I tried lowering the temperature and increasing the fan speed, but it reverts to the default setting.

The breakfast meals are getting kinda boring and taste pretty bland. And no sausages.... :( That's pretty much it I guess for the bad side. Everything else is splendid!

The Staff were very kind and polite. The location was very practical to reach nearby groceries or foods. Also, the view from the room is spectacular. They have a sauna room also, one of the simplest ways to lose some fat hohoho.

Parking ticket validation for in-house guests. Every time you want to go out you need to validate the ticket first. However this is not major since the front desk staff is available.

Friendly staff, variety of breakfast selections from local to continental, every room is facing lake view, location is superb so easy to go for walking, jogging, cycling and attending public functions. The room is cosy with good air-conditioning. Able to choose for connecting room for family.Toilet amenities are commendable. Water pressure was good.

I wish the carpet on the room was cleaner, and all hotel staff or visitor do not step on the carpet with their shoes. Cause we have babies and kids, even ourself sometimes would sit on the carpet its really on my mind.

Breakfast was good with various choices, but live cooking was a little slow causing a long line. Also, on Sunday almost all food were finish and we need to wait for a long time for a refill. But overall it was a good meal.

Housekeeping need to be more thorough and responsive. Hotel can be more generous with bath and toilet provisions. Suggest scheduled shuttle trips to Putrajaya Sentral.

Stunning views to die for. Room decor contemporary and pleasant. Reasonable spread for breakfast buffet.

Earlier was informed the hotel to prepare anniversary cake. The cake was sent to the room at nighttime, but it does not meet the expectations as nobody from the hotel communicated with me on the cake arrangement prior.

I like the lake view from the room at the level 8. My kids like the Roof top swimming pool very much. The room is very clean, and comfortable.

Parking is limited, If you get the parking, don’t your dare to leave your parking, when you come back, you will go around many times to park your car in the basement. The solution, is to park at the outside and you must pay per hour or per entry.
