Parking space is limited and turning curve is so challenging. A baby cockroach was found on the sink tap area, don't worry, i just kill it without calling to front desk.

stayed at 6th floor, facing to bridge and lake, it is a good scene. breakfast is variety of choices inclusive section for vegetarian. i like the cashless parking invention. thanks for a couple of swan on the bed.

Great location for exploring Putrajaya, close to the e bikes and cruise booking stations. Also a great view from the rooftop restaurant towards the masjid. The rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained. Loved the huge selection for breakfast and spent a long part of the morning there LOL

Second time I've stayed here and in the same priced room but unfortunately this room was more outdated and a lot of the grout needed replacing in the bathroom

To be honest, I liked everything about the hotel . However, I saw not one , two or three cockroaches 🪳. That was the only deal breaker. I even took a picture of one small roach. I gues it’s because of the in room dining. Kindly do something it’s disgusting to see roaches in such a beautiful room.

Extremely beautiful 😻 in fact the photos are nothing compared to seeing the rooms live . Very modern & beautiful.

The aircond takes too long to cool the room. The pillow case are smelly, seems like they didn’t change it to a new one. No hanger to hang the towel/clothes inside the toilet.

Location nearby Putrajaya attraction’s. The view from the room is wonderful.

Breakfast. compared to my previous stay, this time the breakfast is disappointing. food finished around 9am but they didnt top up n there were still lot of people coming for breakfast. and specifically the mee goreng. how come basic mee goreng taste so bad?

It shouldn’t be considered a 5-star hotel. I paid a hotel because I wanted to celebrate my anniversary in a 5-star hotel with a swimming pool in the rooftop. I arrived and they told me that the swimming pool was not available, but they neither didn’t warn me about that when I paid the room nor reduce the price of the room. Then, in the room, the safe box didn’t work, the cups were dirty, the waste papers were dirty and without a plastic bag, the sink was stained, the carpet was stained, the towels were stained!!!!, the furniture was damaged, the wardrobe made a terrible and creeping noise anytime you open or close its doors, the wifi was unstable; there were only two sockets in the room, both of them far from the bed, and one of them out of order; there were not USB sockets in the room. Moreover, I wanted to take a picture in the rooftop were I was able to stay as the swimming pool was at that level and they told me that I was not allowed to take a picture unless I paid for a dinner!!!!!! Furthermore, all inside walls of the hotel aisles to go to the room are damaged and stained. And finally they always “forgot” to replace the water bottles and the towels. They took the towels and left no one in the room!!!!! We have to ask for them every single day. This hotel and its service is unacceptable. I highly don’t recommend this hotel.
