We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaThere are many flies, you just leave something out in the kitchen and you will find flies all over. The water in the 8 sleeper house gets cold quickly.
The views are very stunning. The beds are so comfortable and the reception staff is very kind.

The location is picturesque and the resort is clean and well maintained with a lovely pool. Did not use any of the facilities as it was an overnight stay. There was a friendly runner to cater for us if needed.

MozambiqueThe house doesn't have a pool in common area which makes it difficult to stay especially with the hot weather. One of the Room AC was leaking which they came to attend but told they will come back after an hour which no one came back and AC continue to drip water.
The Common pool was amazing, the view was excellent. Location for me is the best of all properties have stayed in Bilene. Fuel station, restaurants to grocery shops are all at walking distance.
