Breakfast was great, it was typical hotel breakfast. Everything was fresh. The omelet was exactly as I asked for.

The fact that staff knocks at the door at about 8 a.m. to take your towels away to be washed. They are not returned until the afternoon. At 8 people may still be asleep, so it’s too early. Besides a place like Knfi Village should be able to replace towels as soon as they take them away and not half a day later

The cost of room service is high per trip. The bar at the pool is close while the guests are still on the swim, and at that point, you have no access to towels. The place have a lot of plants, which makes it much beautiful, but it is necessary to have a mosquito repellent on the pool side and on the rooms.

We have enjoyed every minutes being there.

The facilities are excellent, providing good privacy and security, with exclusive access to the swimming pool and a separate bar for guests, which is superb.

The breakfast is delicious, featuring energising components, offering a delightful gastronomic experience with a variety of choices.

my room phone didn't work the first night, so it was quite scary due to the distance from the reception. I also could not order room service. But this was first quickly.

The homeliness of the hotel made for a relaxing environment. There was a well equipped gym, free for residents and everything was clean, the breakfast was lovely.

The hotel refused to refund my one day accommodation when l informed them on Thursday afternoon that l will be leaving in Friday instead of the original Saturday departure which l consider to be unfair treatment of client. Hence, l do not think l would like to use your facilities ever again.

Despite what they claim on Booking.com, this is NOT a hotel. The property consists of chalets they call a 'village'. The chalets are located about 0.5 kilometre away; which means you have to walk across a village, through an electric security gate, across a car park, down a small road, and across another car park to get to the reception and restaurant for dinner and breakfast. You also have to carry all your luggage when you check out. I booked an airport transfer, which they confirmed, however they couldn't be bothered/forgot to send a car, so I had to arrange my own transport. None of the taxi drivers at the airport knew the hotel and tried ripping me off. I informed the girl on reception about this, which she found highly amusing. There was not hot water in the room when I arrived, so had to have a cold shower. They did eventually get the water working. I would never stay here again.

In general, the hotel is nice and the place is great and the breakfasts and clean. Only one moment confused and puzzled me. I came alone, but I paid for 2 people's meals. In correspondence with the hotel, I asked to arrange a couple of apples for lunch instead of a second breakfast. The shops are far enough away here. The African managers are very responsive and were ready to arrange for me a couple of apples for the amount of the second breakfast. But the manager from Portugal flatly refused. Her arguments were as follows - the cost of breakfast for one and for two are the same. Although on the booking site this is a significant difference. Because of this, the overall impression became simply negative. I don't even know if I'm wrong... But for some reason I was upset.

Unfortunately, the mosquitos in the bungalow/room did not let me sleep much. The second night there was the first mosquito, killed, 2nd, killed, etc. Probably I have slept only 4 hours. I didn't leave the room open, so no idea, how they entered, especially as the first night was good with no mosquitoes inside. This should not happen in any hotel and was the main reason for the low rating this time. There was insect repellent in the room, but sorry, that is not the way. I like the hotel and have stayed there at least 4 times as breakfast and location are great, but not sure about the next time.

The location is great. Breakfast excellent. As there is also a restaurant, there is enough choice in the evening.

Location, security, cleanliness, service. The arrangement of rooms is delightful and peaceful. Most staff friendly and eager to help. My room was comfortable. All rooms are suitable fly screened.

Clean rooms and good services. The team was always very helpful. The room serviço was excellent. We always had a feeling of security with the hygiene rules imposed Bay the Covid-19 in the hotel.
