The aircon in the room wasn't working. But not a major issue. Maybe some basic amenities could be added to the room like small soap, shampoo...

Just spent the night, but very comfortable. Had everything needed for a nights rest. The restaurant had a good selection and good portion size at reasonable prices.

The shower should maybe have a door and not be open because the bathroom gets totally wet no matter how you try not to splat the water. On Friday evening there was loud music op to late coming from somewhere.

Rooms was clean and spacious and very nice. Breakfast served was splendid. Staff is friendly. We would really stay there again.

I would suggest putting mosquito repellent in each room, seeing that it’s a big problem for the area.

The food was yummy, but do note that the portions is very big! The swimming pool was great!

Breakfast was okay, but need a bit more variety. A lot of mosquitos - there are a few holes in the "grass" roof.

breakfast - it was lacking a bit in choice and on the first morning there was not enough, so when we came for breakfast an hour before it would end, the buffet seemed grazed off.

Better mosquito prevention in the bathroom - I was attacked by a few while taking the john although the windows were closed when I arrived. Also the restaurant was not just for people, but also for the mosquitos.

Food is the best thing about this place. It is good and it comes in big quantities. We went for the a-la-card dinner and the portions were enormous. The place is next to a sports centre and an international youth competition was taking place when we were there, but it still felt pleasant, peaceful and safe.

During our stay it was unusually cold and as a result the food served for dinner and breakfast got cold on the plate quickly. Maybe the plates should have been warmed up before serving the food. The bar was not well stocked and alas no drink was purchased by our group. That did not deter other guests from enjoying what was available

The docor was amazing and suited Namibia. The layout was beautiful and the grounds well kept. The taste of venison prepared on site was exceptional.

Sofa bed (we stayed with 6 in 1 room) was kot very comfortable.

Good stopover location between Etosha and Windhoek. Rooms are spread out in a motel-like set-up. Restaurant on site has a decent menu, when you don’t feel like venturing out into the sometimes grim-looking city.

The mosquitos had a chance. I missed the mosquito net at the windows or one hangig above the bed to cover the bed at night against mosquitos!

The large and silent area was amazing. But still close to the city-centre, relativ: its Namibia, everything is quit close. And the swimmingpool, with small fall. This is very luxorious in Namibia. But not expensive!

The fact that at breakfast there were only Rama margarine available. You should have real butter - nothing else will do!

The hotel is well situated in Otjiwarongo with it's own restaurant, which serves big dishes. It is also close to other places inside Otjiwarongo. We had to leave early and missed the breakfast, but got a nice 'breakfast to go' prepared by the staff the night before we left.

The hotel has a nice pool area to relax at. The staff are above exceptional. I had a slight problem when I was staying at the hotel. All the staff jumped into action to assist me. Very empathetic. Exceptional service.
