It's very frustrating the room keys frequently not working either on the rooms or the elevators. We have group of 7 people and this happened to all of us.

Great location, roof top bar has great view.

The hotel seems and feels old and a bit run-down. The water in the shower took about a minute to get hot and the lights in my room were not working. It is a good hotel, but being a Hilton Hotel and comparing with other hotels in Windhoek, it should be a lot better.

The hotel is good and well located, but there is better value for money in Windhoek.

Tried to pay for room using Euros however the exchange rate was over 25% worse than the official rates being used

Standard Hilton with nice roof top bar (though the view of the church has been impacted by new smaller Hilton next door)

The buffet meals were lukewarm. The room carpet smelled a bit funny.

The Sky Bar and the pool on the roof are exceptional. The room was comfortable.

The TV as well as the mini fridge was giving problems. The hotel was quick to resolve it but I do think these things should be checked before guests check in. The room service staff was also not attentive as they would bring up our food with missing items which is not a train smash but it's the finer details that could make a good stay be great. The parking was also expensive. Would have expected parking to be free for guest who stay over.

The hotel is quite central. We could walk to the museum close by as well as the church, which gives you some insight into history of Namibia. The hotel rooms itself was quite spacious and have a nice skybar with a pool. Amazing sundowner spot, we got the best sunset photos.

We only stayed for one night before we started our road trip in Namibia. Nice hotel. Clean room with comfortable bed. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Great location as it was just a few minutes' drive to collect our rental car. Breakfast was okay. Not much variety. We did have a restful stay after a long flight.

good city hotel. parking is unnecessarily expensive for those who wish to take their cars in and out

shower has very little privacy. parking policy is not logical - you pay for a whole day, but if you take your car in and out, you pay for the ensuing hours at higher rates. Effectively you get more than double charged. Negotiate this to begin with, especially if you are going to be taking your car in and out. corridors have a musty smell, as does the gym.

room was comfortable. wifi was powerful. staff are very friendly, and responsive.

I didn’t like the fact that I had to pay for parking at facility. There is nothing stated on the booking about having to pay for parking but when you get there you are told you have to pay for parking. It’s the first time ever getting such a thing while using a Hilton hotel. The restaurant doesn’t cater for kids with their menu, we had to go and eat out as there was not food for kids in the menu.

The staff members were very friendly and helpful.
