Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

FranceThe wifi connection system is not very efficient- Did not work for me and I had to contact ICT for support. The amenities are great but overall its a really pricey hotel.
Excellent facilities, rooms are large & comfortable, breakfast is fantastic and the staff are extremely helpful. Nice location close in a residential areas walking distance to nice restaurants and Plateau area.

I was really surprised to see such a beautiful hotel in this region. The hotel was super clean and staff were very friendly. I had a very good dinner at the main restaurant. beautiful swimming pool too.

I found the meaning of "tasty" since 4 months travel in Africa, thank you Bravia. Don't forget to go to the Gym, it's a old school style and real trainers inside. Picisne has a relaxing atmosphere and unfortunately I didn't take Chicha, maybe next time. That's all my memory about bravia in Niamey

The hotel is right in the city's centre, which is very convenient. The staff is lovely, very polite, smiling and helpful. The room and bathroom are spotless and very comfortable.
