We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NigeriaThe room, the ambience was different from what was in the pictures online. The room smelled like mold and wet furniture, no wardrobe and was so small, the bathroom had no hot water and buckets, couldn’t take two people in it at once. The Ac had no regulator and the bed was squeaky. The only good thing was the doors were controlled with card. The staff was warm and friendly but very understaffed. The receptionist was both the cook and bartender.
We left early in the morning and didn’t take breakfast as we had to drive to Abuja. The dinner we bought was okay but overpriced for 3400 for a place that was old and not up to standard.

NigeriaThe manager on duty, is very good at what he does. He tried all his best to make our stay as pleasant as possible within his powers. All other staffs are nice people too.
The staffs were excellent, but the facility itself needs a lot of upgrades and repairs. Air conditioning were not operating in some room. No standby generator when power was off. Bathrooms faucets need to be repaired. Bath towels are already aged, new ones should be placed in the rooms. No breakfast provided as advertised.
