The hotel is honestly surprising. Right in front of the airport, but make a nice last stop and I slept very well! There is a free shuttle and they even have breakfast to go when you need to leave for your flight in the middle on the night :-)

I travel a huge amount and have stayed at hundreds of hotels. I have never had to wait so long to check in. There was only one person for check for each of my stays and he took at least 10 minutes per person to check in. With a line of people checking in, one can wait a half hour. It is not the individual, it is their computer check in system in that each time I have checked in, there is a different person but it still takes 10 minutes to check in. They spend the whole time on the computer so it is their computer check in system that needs to be streamlines.

Location is great as just across from the airport departures. It can be noisy though as it is close to the road. They are responsive to picking you up at the airport when you have heavy bags. If you have just a regular cabin roller bag, just cross over the road and you are there.

Cost was overpriced for the room provided.

100m from the airport. It is very well located for anyone needing to burn some time while you wait to travel to/from MGA. The Restaurant is very clean. The pool is great. The rooms are good enough. You are paying for the location and free buffet breakfast.

The service at the swimming pool was very bad, no one came to give us menus, even when we asked for menus, the waiter just decided to talk to his mate, so we just left. They put all the guests on one side of the hotel so we could hear everything in the rooms next to us. The walls were very thin and furthermore, there was a door connecting to the room next to us, so we could literally hear EVERYTHING. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, we woke up with aches and pains. When we checked in, the guy didn't even tell us where we need to go for breakfast or anything, so we had to come back again to ask him. Check in was very slow too, they had two people to each guest, when they could have easily served us, we were waiting for ages.

The hotel was very big, which gave it a nice spacious feel. The room was very big and had everything you wanted in there. The restaurant was very nice too with massive portions. Our waiter was a very nice man, very helpful and friendly. The swimming pool was also massive so it made it nice to get into and you can stay away from others if you wanted. All the staff were friendly. One of the reasons we stayed there was to be close to the airport, all you need to do is cross the road and you're there.

No plug sockets apart from those already in use for the lamp and the phone. I just unplugged their phone to charge mine, it’s not a big issue, but if you have multiple things to charge you might struggle.

I thought I had requested a ride into the city and was told (on my computer )there would be no additional charge but the dest informed me that there would be a charge of $20 or 30 dollars so I took the bus which I'm somewhat familiar with after several months in Managua.

Great breakfast. And walking across the street to airport is a big plus.

The pool was very crowded and noisy because it was open to non-guests during Semana Santa. The room was tired and not that well-maintained.

Super close to the airport. We just had to cross a busy street to get there. The breakfast was served buffet-style in the adjacent restaurant. There was an option to have an omelet made.

Free shuttle from the airport, even super late at night. Nice little courtyard to have some arrival beers. Great breakfast. Shuttle to Léon arranged for us. But most importantly, incredibly friendly and helpful staff.
