We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff was amazing! We had a pretty rough time with our flight but they were so accommodating. The rooms were clean and spacious. They offer free breakfast but it wasn’t good at all so we didn’t eat it again after day 1. Really good location with restaurants and malls nearby. They have Apple Pay so that was a huge plus for me.

Very nice US style hotel in Managua. Probably one of the nicest hotels in town and you pay corresponding US style rates but it was exactly what I needed. 6th floor room was nice and had a view of the lake. Clean, comfortable, good size with all the thoughtful amenities of modern hotel. Parking in front or back of hotel with 24x7 guard. Pretty good breakfast as well. Good wifi. Has a grab and go area with essentials and some drinks. Some OK restaurant options next door.
