One night a fan set on fire in the dorm (no one’s fault just an electrical fault) and once it had been extinguished everyone had to go back into the smoky room rather than giving them new beds. The common bathrooms also don’t offer much privacy.

Really beautiful hostel, lots of garden to hang out in. Staff were helpful with information. Good location. Nice and clean.

the hostel is right around the corner of the MERCED church, in the middle of the city heart. Hostel is very nice with an inner yard, a lovely open kitchen. Staff is very smiling and helpful. The 4 beds dorm was perfect. Mattress was amazing with a fan above the bed. Perfect place for a couple of days

Great place that provides everything you can expect from a hostel : activities, nice common areas, large kitchen, fast and good laundry service, breakfast included, lots of games... you will meet people easily. However it gets really quiet at night (everything shuts down at 10pm). The staff is also professional, helpful and friendly. The best hostel we've been to so far !

If I had to be picky, heat and maybe lack of ventilation but that's being really picky. It's wet season and it's ridiculously hot in Nicaragua atm.

Loved how they get everyone who is there for the welcome drink to sit at the same table. Easy place to meet people and have fun. When I arrived there was a lot of dust in my bed from the roof. Maybe from rain. I arrived at 230am from the airport. Guy that checked me in could've easily ignored it but when he saw it he apologized and cleaned it up. Didn't have to do that but was welcomed.

The staff here is excellent! Always ready to help and speak perfect english. Dorms where as described and I had my laundry done: perfectly folded and clean. Breakfast was fine and shared kitchen excellent! Im returning!

The room was warm with just the ceiling fan in there - air con would have really helped. The breakfasts were included, which was great, but they were quite basic. We had to book through Booking because we were unable to book on Hostelworld

The communal areas were really nice and it was a really beautiful place to relax. The staff were really nice and helpful. The private room we had was really spacious.

Bathroom door/walls were a little open so you could hear people using the loo, but only a minor niggle.

Good location near many amenities. Great hostel with helpful staff, a tour agency and great social vibe. Lots of nice little communal areas to socialise or chill alone. Although there was no air-con, the fans did enough to keep the room cool. Lockers and sockets by beds in the dorm. The arranged tours too which was super convenient.

It's hot all over. there is no cool spot to relax. it's crazy hot! not enough showers. there was a queue in the morning.

Great hostel, very social, you meet a lot of people. The kitchen is amazing. busy though, The location is literally the best in Granada. There is a bar and everything.

beds on 2nd floor/loft area were very hot. each bed does have a decent size fan above the bed that is a life saver
