It’s not posted anywhere when booking or at reception but they lock the doors at 22:00 They have a buzzer and they’ll come unlock the doors - but it’s a bad feeling to wake them up to let you in. Our bedroom ( 2 beds ) only had 2 outlets which the fans were always plugged into. To charge anything , you’d have to sacrifice being in a hot room.

It’s close by the beach, quick walk to the grocery store. Great hangout spots all over the hostel Breakfast is a nice thing to have included, clean, nice staff, have playing cards :>

Quiet and peaceful yet perfect location, spacious room opened onto a balcony with view of the sea (be prepared for weak shower, but it worked!), comfortable and cool room, perfectly clean, plenty hammocks, friendly staff, breakfast supplied (small but fine), honestly great value for money! There is a very tiny kitchen with 2 hobs and a sink.

The hostel is value for money. The dorms are spacious, clean, beds comfortable. They have a fan for each bed, so it is great for when it gets hot. Breakfast is included which is amazing for the price. Location is super close to everywhere you would want to go to in San Juan Del Sur. There are many common areas to relax with comfortable hammocks and chairs. Recommend !

Exceptional Value. WiFi is excellent given the large number of people in this hostel and the included breakfast is very good for a freebie. You may also eat other meals there should you wish for reasonable prices. The room prices are exact too, so you won't be charged a penny over your booking rate - they're very precise with this which is always appreciated. Location is excellent too, with only a 1 minute walk to the beach, supermarket and centre. Hammocks galore :)

Room was hot as hell. Not that clean. Nothing to cook with in the kitchen. In fact horrible kitchen. The guy at the reception was no help when we had questions (we do speak spanish)

Place was great. A great terasse uptstair with hamacs. Good free breakfast.

There's some construction work at the back that brings some noise and dust to the near by rooms. The shower room of the 9 bed dorm haven't seen a proper cleaning in a long time. The 4 people dorm at the front was really hot

For such a big place the kitchen is really tiny and not very well equipped. Would be nice if there was soap in the bathrooms.

Hostel is close to the bus and to the beach. Lots of hammock to rest in, dorm had a balcony which was nice. Comfy beds, good breakfast and coffee in the morning.

Great breakfast, great location. Very respectful people in the dorm (no noise). fans in all beds, I didn't even put mine on because it wasn't that hot. Flexible staff to accommodate you with your friends or make some changes in booking when is possible.

I got very angry because when I arrived there was no internet and didnt know if it will come back or not. I needed to book my next accommodation so this was a huge deal at that time. Luckily internet came back in the evening.

Bed was comfortable. We had our own bathroom for the room. The personal was also quite nice.

The amount of hammacks was amazing! The location is great--only a block from the beach. There is a breakfast (not free). There was a fan for each person!

Owners are very very kind. Willing to help and are nice. Price was good. Hostel was quite, not too much, but offers the right things to go to spend a few nights there. I was in a dorm, and the bathroom was big enough for everyone. Internet wifi was working well if you want to work.

The staff was friendly The location was super just two minutes away from the beach. The breakfast was very tasty you could choose between pancakes and gaillo pinto.
