We had chosen hotel before a flight as Booking.com advertised it with an ‘airport shuttle’. They did not have a shuttle. They offered to book a taxi for $25. We arranged our own for $15. The first time we stayed, the bathroom for that room (no 11) was badly in need of updating.

Lovely communal areas, pool, bar, restaurant. Good food and cocktails. Located in a leafy neighbourhood, with a number of local restaurants. We stayed twice, on the second occasion our room was delightful, will small courtyard off the main room. Staff friendly and helpful.

The bathroom window was left open before our arrival resulting in a hoard of mosquitos in our room. we probably killed over 30 mosquitos while being eaten alive. a simple screen for the bathroom window would fix this issue.

Love the gorgeous courtyard and pool to cool off in. breakfast was made to order. delightful staff was helpful in bargaining with taxis. great location next to bars and restaurants

The complementary breakfast was average at Los Robles, and sometimes the water would go out temporarily. These were the only areas of my stay that could have been better. however, neither of these small bumps impeded my amazing stay in Managua. My fiance and I loved the vibe of this hotel!!

Hotel Los Robles has a beautifully designed setting with a very warm and wonderful staff. I had arrived in Managua at 2 a.m. from a long flight from the US, yet upon reaching this hotel by arranged taxi( which the hotel will arrange for you!) I was greeted by a hotel staff member at the gate waiting to settle me into my room. For the next few days that I spent in Los Robles the service and the beauty of the place are what I loved most!!

The lighting in the rooms was quite dark, and hard to work or read. But otherwise it was a great atmosphere.

The hotel is old and in desperate need of an update. In the interim it could use a deep cleaning. I spent three nights there and not once was my room cleaned, Nor did I see housekeeping. The bed frame was so creaky it kept us up. They offer a free breakfast but we only ate it once (it was not worth free). They didn't even have sugar for the coffee. The worst part of it all was that they advertise free parking. What you get is street parking with "a security camera" in front of the hotel. It's a busy street and once I had to park on a side street in the pouring rain. Crossing the street was an adventure.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants nearby.

The room was in very bad shape. Worn out mattress, ripped and old towels, the shower didn’t work properly and breakfast was way too expensive.

The location was really close to the office. Very convenient.

The guy in the front who helps with the luggage- just didn't like him in comparison to others I have seen at the same location. He was also not very welcoming but I still tipped him, ask me why? I don't know.

Everything was great as you can see from above, but a few different food options for "lighter" fare would be great. Dont get me wrong, the food was delicious but most are heavier meals and some pool options/snacks added would be great. The staff was amazing though accommodating options that could fit that bill!

This place was like a hidden gem inside the hustle and bustle of Managua. Looked like a beautiful Colonial home in Granada Nicaragua and the garden and pool area were amazing! BUT, the best part of this hotel is the staff!!! SPECIAL mention to Francisco at the Tikki Bar and Restaurant.... he knew our order every morning, always had a smile on his face and took great care of me while in the Pool/Garden. He even got us fresh papaya every morning....who does that??!! He is a special employee. Also, Denny who always remembered my drink orders and had the best suggestions and conversation! Very nice guy! :D Franklin also took great care of us during our stay and the House keeping staff Paola and Selena were the sweetest and kept our room clean ALWAYS! Alvaro and Francisco on security detail looked after our car parked right in front every night and took care of it like it was their own....they even washed it for us a few times....WOW! Thank you ALL for a great two week stay!!

I wanted a room with 2 beds. To be fair, I didn't ask when the room was assigned I just assumed I couldn't be accommodated.

It was quiet, everyone was friendly and really attentive to our need.
