The room I was given is on the roof. Though it says that the room is 15 m2 large, at least 2 m2 has the tilted roof where i have to crawl to reach there. There is a kettle and tea cups in a tiny table, but actually there is no socket at all within the range that one could plug the kettle in. So the kettle is no use. There is not a proper desk either for people to work on. I have to sit on my bed to use my computer. To be honest, I think this room can be designed much better if it's designed smarter. There is enough space to put a proper working desk in and to arrange the space for the kettle to be usable. The other thing about this room is the noise. I barely could sleep during the stay. The hotel is next to a street where there are quite some loud motorcycles driving by during the night. But this is alright. The most noise comes from the roof and the window. The two nights I stayed it rained a bit ( only a bit!). I could hear water running on the roof, dripping down to the window, and the pigeons outside of my window in the early morning.

There is one staff member who is very welcoming to me. He is very helpful and very talkative. I like the living room idea, which reminds me of the old times when I stayed in hostels, where we can meet people, can use the microwave and some one-time use cutleries and fridge. Most importantly, free coffee. Very convenient for public transport, as the tram stop from the main station is just outside of the hotel, and the metro is only within 5 min walking distance. I also like the cafe where they serve our breakfast. It's just around the corner, and has a very nice design and atmosphere. I like just sitting there in the morning and enjoying the time.

Very good place to Explore city. Lot of cafes and restaurants to eat,nice street view. I would repeat if I would be in Rotterdam:)

Totally recommend this for your stay in Rotterdam. Very clean rooms, comfortable with minimal design. We also had access to a really cosy lobby, ideal place to read or work, with beverages free of charge. The self check in process was really easy.

The automatic door opening was too complex. The Room was cousy but a bit cold and there was not extra blanket or something. If we are doing the reservation with booking i don't see the point of paying a deposit in the facilities.

The Hotel is nice with great location in Rotterdam Centre. Clean and very well decorated. The Staff was very helpful when i contact them about loosing my OV.

The stairs down were very narrow, would recommend using the elevator if you have luggage. The downstairs doubled up as a storage room, there were cleaning trolleys and lying bags of unwashed bedding in the corridor. There is no fridge in the room, only a small one in the reception room which was not so convenient. In the shower the glass didn't cover the whole shower area strangely, the water ran into the sink and toilet so the floor was always wet. There were no slippers so you better bring your own.

Very nice room we had on the firstfloor underground. There was a surprise bathtub right when we just stepped into the room. Comfortable bed and blackout curtains were very good. The location is close by many good restaurants, supermarket and only 15-20 mins away from the market hall. During the State of Trance event, is a nice stay for the money.

Nothing major - it is a decent place to stay. Room a bit small. No tea/coffee in room - all in a lounge area.

Simple & comfortable room. Easy check in. Location not too far from key places - about 20 mins from harbour & station; 10 mins from museum quarter.

The coffee is in desperate need of an upgrade. There are so many other suppliers who will serve the good stuff automatically. Same goes for the tea.

Situated in an old house, the hotel and its facilities are quite modern. Since technology still needs a real human touch the staff member present helped us efficiently and friendly.

There is a continuous breeze of cold air even with the air turned off that is kind of annoying, I woke up super cold because of that breeze coming out of the vents

They can offer better value for money. Also, the 100-euro deposit for breakages is a little inconvenient.

It was comfortable and checking in and out hassle free. The free coffee was welcome. The room was simply furnished and had a bit of a youth hostel feel to it. The rooms were also a little cold for this time of the year, and I could not find the climate control. It is a little expensive for what one gets.
