You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomMinor issue; Wi-Fi provided by the hotel was not as fast as we would have liked in our room, reverted instead to using 4G which was more reliable.
We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at Hotel Arsenaal. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and we were made to feel welcome and valued as guests from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotlessly clean and well maintained during our stay. Stunning architectural environment; the communal areas provided extra space in which to relax and looked very festive in preparation for Christmas. Great choice of food for breakfast; good quality ingredients used. After a day of site seeing this hotel provided an ideal base for rest and relaxation. Perfect for a short break in Delft. We will definitely return next time we are visiting the city.

The hotel has a very welcoming and chilled out feel. The room was quiet and the bed and pillows soft comfortable. The staff were all very helpful. The music in the lounge added to the relaxed feel without intruding. Would happily stay here again when we next visit Delft.

United KingdomIt's hard to find fault with anything, but one little gripe is the small bath towels. And why have 5 different types of flavoured teabags in the room, when all most people want is just an ordinary cup of tea!
The conversion from old arsenal to a hotel is impressive; particular the reception and bar area are amazing. We don't normally spend time in hotel bars, but this one was an exception. Its good to see the hotel take sustainability serious. Rooms are very comfortable, especially the bed. Breakfast is very good, with both hot food and fresh healthy options.
