Nice hotel between the station and the city center. Big and comfortable beds. The room is clan and equipped with nice forniture.

The shower had a fixed shower head but no shower caps were provided, so one couldn't have a shower without having to wash his hair, too. I asked at the reception and said they don't provide shower caps...

The bar on the ground floor is very dark and not a place you would want to spend much time. The toilets on the ground floor are very limited which caused queues during check in times.

Beautiful spacious room with bathtub in the room and a long balcony. The hotel was very modern and had an industrial cool feeling. The staff were very friendly and professional. The location was great for the station. It was about 10 mins walk to the Grote Markt.

I wish someone had been there in the evening and early morning. But everything I needed was taken care of, so this isn’t an issue.

It was centrally-located, and the front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Someone even responded to a call from me in the middle of the night, after the front desk staff had gone. I was very impressed.

Not very comfortable, looked better in pictures. Pillow, if you can call it, was very uncomfortable. Room was cold without heeting possibilities.

Nothing in particular, but I did notice the floor creaking a bit.

The staff was great. Unlike the exterior, the interior was new and comfortable. To begin with, the city is not inconvenient at the level where you can get around on foot, but the best part is that it is close to the train station. We had an early train the next morning, but the proximity to the station made it easy and they were willing to accommodate our early check-out.

Wifi was very slow and had bad reception in the room (I ended up mostly using a connection with my phone). It would be useful to have a small fridge in the room to keep cold drinks during summer. The mattrass was a bit too soft for my taste. The fixed shower head was quite unhandy (and the shower panes were leaky - puddles on the floor after the shower). These were minor inconveniences, the overall experience was excellent.

Very convenient location, close the the station and the city centre and yet in a quiet area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast with mostly local and organic food, very tasty and high quality. Nice to have a newspaper to read during breakfast. Spatious and nicely designed rooms.
