Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

PolandWe did not like the noise outside at night and in the morning. Also the stairs in the hotel are very steep stairs , but we think that is a part of the old building and character of that place. The floor is squeaky probably because of that too.
The B&B Au Lion D' or is located in the centre of Maastricht. There is no need for a taxi or a bus , because of a walking distance to the B & B from the train station. We were impressed by the character of the hotel and our room. The room was different from the one we booked , but that was no problem. The room was spacious with a nice view , with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was tasty with a good coffee. The owners were nice and friendly.

NetherlandsChecking out was a bit messy because the card machine didn't work. Money transferred directly by bank account and had to wait a while for the invoice. However, everything was neatly handled and arranged.
This B&B is located in an old house with it's own charm. A bit old fashioned. The bed was really comfy. The staff was nice and helpful. The B&B is close to the station and also easy to reach by foot from the city center. Unfortunately I was not able to enjoy the breakfast served, as I had a breakfast business meeting elsewhere.

A very authentic, stylish place close to the centre of Maastricht with a typical Maastricht 'street view' The hostess was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent!
