Rooms need a bit of updating

When we arrived in the room, the bed was dirty. There was hairs in the bed and didn’t really meet my expectations.

Ur was a lovely location, near the woods. There is also a lovely dinner place nearby called the koetshuis. The pool and sauna were also great

Rude receptionist. We understand that during the holiday season and the hotel was clearly under staffed / had trainees working, there is no excuse to have a rude receptionist. We did not see her again after that so we are hopeful that she was just a temp and is not a reflection of staff at Fletcher's. Rest of the staff was were very nice.

The shared areas of the hotel are so basic and old. It doesn't look very welcoming.

The room was spacious and clean. It looks like the rooms have been recently renovated, which can not be said about the rest of the hotel. The location is good, in the vicinity of Veluwe.

The balcony needed to be cleaned up and power washed. Grass/weeds growing through the concrete and mold/mildew on surface. But I love that there was an ashtray provided on the balcony. Smart TV in the room would be great so that visitors could stream television in their native language.

The setting and hotel are lovely. The staff is friendly. Restaurants and stores in the area were great and the locals were very welcoming. Bike and scooter rentals at the property are a great idea.

The room was very old, the bed was so soft, it didn't provide any type of support. Room on its own was clean, but behind the curtains, all the bugs and spiders were still hanging in webs. Ours was the only room on the floor without a balcony.

Great staff. Breakfast was amazing. The location, grounds, and views are amazing. More than enough free parking. The hotel bar was well stocked.

The rooms are somewhat old and simple. The pool was not accessible due to bad ph levels or something. Food was not great nor bad. All in all a bit of a bland experience. No good value for t the money spent.

Lifts very slow and breakfast could improve with more options. Scrambled eggs a bit dry.

The bed is very old as i have the feeling the sping is almost falling apart which is not comfortable at all. PIty as it is a beautiful location, comfortable facilities but poor bed as i think is the most important part of a hotel room.

The location is beautiful. It is in the green area close to the "Kasteel Middachten". We booked a family room as we are traveling with two babies. Very spacious and the staff take our notes very seriously with providing 2 extra child cribs.

The pictures show a beautyful building but we stayed in a dated block next to it with a view to the trees on the other side. On a warm day the room was cold and we had to turn on the heater. There where two relative small towels per person (small and very small). There was no airconditioner. The expensive breakfast was a bit limited in choice. This is why I think 'the money' was too high for 'the value' in return. But these days almost everything is...

The swimming pool and sauna are nice. The location is very nice. The room was big enough.

some rooms need refurbishment, some staff members (in the bar, at the reception, in the restaurant) are in urgent need of training, they are so unfit for their job that it spoils the whole experience. The outdoor seating area at the pool is completely run down.

The room was not super clean. We found and old sock under the sink in the bathroom and the balcony could have also been cleaner.

The Avegoor is nicely located and the outside parks are very pretty. There is a bus stop right in front of it. The room itself was a bit old fashioned but nice. It even had a balcony. There is a pool and sauna in the hotel which we were able to use all by ourselves. The staff was very nice but a but loud in the morning. The restaurant and bar are nice but a bit pricey.

It smells a lot like chlorine in the hallway because of the pool, the room was not that clean, it took an hour and a half for the roomservice.

The bed was comfortable, the bar is very beautiful. It's on a very nice location.

While the beds where comfortable, they are twin beds on separate frames and tend to shift at night.

The furniture in the rooms is looking a little tired. Not taxi available for local restaurants unless really expensive as they had to come from Arnhem. But if you only wanted to use the hotel facility then it's not a problem.

we were given a room on the other part of the hotel, which was obviously the oldest side: the room was old, the bathroom especially: the tiles in the shower were very slippery. the lift needs some refreshing paint. we booked for 2 nights. the 1st morning we realized the breakfast did not offer a great range of variety, so we thought the next morning there will a bit more variety, which was not the case at all, so imagine staying several nights… no way, sorry!
