For us was all perfect!

The apartment it's very good, perfect for family with one or 2 kids and the location it's also good, the zone is quite, close to center but without be inside and near to supermarkets and anything you could need. Dorine was really nice in our welcome and anything that we need, she also leaved some food, cofee and cookies in the apartment. I would really recommend this apartment!!! Thanks Dorine!

This property was perfect for visiting Amsterdam. Central enough to walk to the main tourist attractions and close to metro, supermarket, quiet at night to relax but literally a few blocks away, lively enough for great restaurants, coffee shops and pubs without going the whole way into the main hub. There is a great little place 'Lempicka' on the corner of the block. It was great after a days walking to relax. We had great weather, sitting outside in the sun and then steps away from the accommodation. Really, everything was great!

Lovely apartment situated close to a bakery and close to local transport for getting into city Amsterdam centre. Not far from the airport, 20 mins in a taxi. Nice bars in the area. Would highly recommend and definitely stop again.

I want to stress that everything was excellent. The only thing that was a 'problem' for us (and this is definitely a ME problem) was that, although the bedroom was downstairs in a separate room from the sofa bed in the living room, you could still hear everything between the 2 areas very clearly. The reason I wanted a separate bedroom and sofa bed was because I snore pretty loudly and didn't want to disturb my fellow traveller, however she still needed to wear headphones to try to block out the noise.

The apartment was very nice, with well equipped kitchen and comfortable bed and sofa bed, and the host Dorine could not have been nicer. There was food and drink in the fridge to provide breakfast and there was a lovely bakery around the corner. Dorine was also very helpful in giving recommendations for restaurants close by. Very well located for public transport and some nice wee bars a short walk away. I highly recommend this apartment.

Cannot fault anything really, if I had to pick one thing which wasn’t really an issue, is that the property is on the outskirts of the main hustle and bustle but only a 15/20 minute walk.

Dorine was the perfect host! Easily contactable and very helpful in terms of giving directions from central station to the property. Super friendly and welcoming once at the property offering further advice and help getting us familiar with the area. Would definitely stay again on my next trip to the wonderful City Amsterdam.

The host was very welcoming and happy to accommodate our late check-in. She provided us with a good quality high chair and cot for our baby, and a stair gate. The apartment was in a great location, perfect for getting around the city and close by to plenty of restaurants.

The room is just a little noisy at night in the weekend for people outside in the streets but that's something probably common in all houses on the canals (which have a actually a very nice view like this one)

Renting this Apartment is like hitting the Trifecta…Excellent Apartment, Excellent Location, and Excellent Host!!! We were lucky enough to rent this apartment for four nights in April 2023. There is a reason why this apartment has some of the highest ratings on the internet. Dorine, the host, is fantastic and has thought of everything for her clients. We found the place very clean and more than adequately stocked. We immediately felt very comfortable here. From this wonderful location, you can virtually walk to all major attractions or take public transportation (close to the Weesperplein metro station and trams). We highly recommend the B&B Amsterdam Amstel Apartment and hope that if we are back in Amsterdam that we can rent it again.

Exceptional service from our host; perfect location including access to the Metro, the city centre and one of the best bakeries (Bakhous) we've ever had the pleasure of buying fresh rolls etc from; excellent facilities including the many extras provided in the kitchen; a marvellously comfortable bed; loads of information; a proper Bluetooth speaker.
