The breakfast was not worth the price. There is a small kitchen but not really convenient to use because there is no ventilation. The room could benefit of some more light.

Clean, close to the sea and to a very comfortable underground parking place. Katwijk is small but nice with shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The bathroom is large, there is enough space and the room is cleaned every morning.

The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. It had all we needed and more. The staff was kind and accommodating and even waited for us at breakfast with something made especially for us because we're vegan. That was very much appreciated. It's very close to the beach, to town and ample parking (at a cost). Very convenient.

Comfortable beds, very good breakfast (which starts at 8 am), great location very close to the beach. We arrived late and found our keys with an explanation letter in a locked box, which was very convenient.

The light in the room is not very good. Maybe it is enough for adults but a little dark for kids. Besides, the internet is not always stable and fast.

Very good place for holidays with family. Only a few minutes to walk to the beach. You can get useful Information aboutthe hotel and surrounding Area from an App. Good experience. You can also get a parkcard of a park house for 30 Euros for one week.

Unfortunately there was no short term parking next to the building to allow for loading and unloading on arrival/ departure. No fault of the apartment was the late night/ early hours noise generated by the cafe/ bar Branding across the road.

Apartment was well serviced and centrally located. Close to beach, excellent underground parking nearby, bakery and supermarket close by. Variety of other shops to hand.

It is a "hotel" where the rooms are in nearby houses. An everything is only 1 min from the seaside. Ours was on ground floor and sous-terrain, but the sous-terrain room was a huge and positive surprise. Brand new design, very comfortable and silent.

Could do with a curtain on the long window or across the door between the bedroom and kitchen. Otherwise perfect.

The studio we were in was roomy. Lovely to have a table to sit at and a fridge & microwave. Breakfast was fab.

The apartment is fully set up for 5 person (5 beds) - but the cutlery is not complete, the 5 guests can't eat the same time as there were just 3 forks and not enough dishes, either. Small detail, wouldn't cost a fortune to mend - I'm sure it will be sorted soon. The shower doesn't have a door or a proper splash barrier, so when taking a shower, the bathroom is kinda flooded. In bits and pieces one can find traces of lackluster maintenance - but these doesn't influence the quality of the stay. We missed the oven or at least a microwave from the kitchen, with kids these would be nice additions. It's a little bit strange to share a patio with 4 other guests, but at the end we didn't bother each other.

The apartment felt larger than advertised (the description talked about 40 sqm, but it felt more spacious on the two floors). The central location made everything easy to reach also on foot (grocery store - 1 minute, beach - 5 minutes). The parking with the card (via the reception) is very convenient and of a great value (7 Eur per day). The whole rate, considering the alternatives, was very competitive. Comfortable beds for 5 person, also equipped with a kitchen... There's also a usable sized patio with chairs and tables.

Small stairs with me having a walking problem. Long walk to get there from the parking place. Breakfast was a true disappointment. Needed to pay for cappuccino and for 17,50 euro we did not have scrambled egg, bacon or beans etc.
