The mattress in our room wasn’t fixed to the bed and was moving and I prefer 2 blankets instead of one big, but everyone has it differently.

The location is amazing, employees are super nice and help with everything, we felt welcomed. It is nice, that you have opportunity to enjoy some refreshments in the common are like coffee and sweets.

Besides of a clean room, gigantic bed, and an amazing sea view, I thought complementary hot beverages was a nice touch (especially travelling during colder seasons).

Please get an ELEVATOR!!!!! I know they can't put one in cause I would like it but the question was asked so.....

The room was better than expected. It actually was beach front and I could listen to the sea all night long. And it's exact location (inbetween) 2 bar/restaurants areas on the beach made it feel resort like and so very far from Amsterdam when it was actually a short train ride away. Loved it. They had a 24hr front desk who were always friendly and the reason I bring this up is because they were able to be helpful and friendly like they meant it. I'm too sensitive to attitude - they seemed actually genuine. Loved that.

We thought the Beach House Hotel was a great place to stay for a weekend break in Zandvoort. The hotel is located very close to the beach with a 20 mins walk from the train station, The room was very clean with excellent views of the sea/beach and the hotel facilities were perfect for our stay. We found the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly that made the trip more enjoyable. I would highly recommend Beach House Hotel to anyone visiting Zandvoort on vacation or weekend break.

The staff was extremly nice and helpful. It was our second time there and we enjoyed the beautiful view,.sleeping to the sound of the ocean in a cosy bed and taking a bath in the jacuzzi tub while it was raining outside. If you want to relax there is no better place in Zandvoort.

I was on holidays with my mum and the Beachhouse Hotel is the perfect place to calm down and relax. Huge windows and you can hear the sea all night :) The breakfast was fine, the staff is very friendly! Definitely recommendable, will be back

Beach side rooms do not have blinds and external veranda lights are left on all night lighting up bedroom like a beacon!! Asked for no housekeeping for 3 nights and still had to pay £25 a night for dog cleaning!!

Everything beside the location and evening sunset view from the terrace is just bad.

Only location is a plus of this place. I had room with terrace which is not actually private at all as terrace is disattached by walking path so everyone can see you. Room was extremely dark , felt like in a bunker. Bathroom was terrible, after shower everything is full of water as nothing separates it. Overall felling, if you need to be very close to the beach and have students vibe of camping wherever , feel free to book this place. Stuff is nice.
