The room (Studio) was smaller than expected, very noisy - you could hear every word from the neighbors and the aircondition was also quite loud. The bed was very very soft.

Design of the hotel overall, view from bed looking at the trees behind the balcony, location around 15mins from beach but easy walk, bikes are available. Breakfast is offered for 19€ in a hotel nearby. Otherwise you can go to one of the beach bars which also offer a small breakfast menu.

The rooms are very clean, the beds are super comfortable, it have a fancy design 👌 You have everything that you need, including to cook. The personal are super friendly and they help you with everything at anytime. 😇 We actually arrived late in the night, but they were still ready to help. We travelled with a kid, and she loved the room. 🥰😍 we would like to have stayed longer. We will return for sure.

The walls are quite thin & we were woken up during the night by other guests, who were quite loud. So, it doesn’t have to be an issue, but can be a bit difficult.

Beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, super comfy; my only small issue is the lack of the option of a TV though I understand the aesthetic of the hotel, and that noise could have been disruptive.

The biggest pain point were the very thin walls -- we could hear neighbors showering and walking around throughout the night. I'd therefore be hesitant to book in peak season. Heating in the freezing weather was another challenge, with the only option being a underpowered by very loud air conditioning unit. Given that the apartments are brand new, this would have been a great opportunity to install floor heating (especially for the stone tiles in the bathrooms.) The kitchen also wasn't well equipped (and some utensils not properly cleaned.)

We felt like we were on vacation from the moment we arrived, with staff spotting us walking up the stairs, opening the door with a warm welcome and offering tea to calm down before starting the check-in paperwork. Parking our car to load/unload and a late checkout were no problem at all. The rooms are beautifully done and have a great view. The beds are cozy and the linen feels soft and well-maintained.

1. Very nice service: you don't see people but following instructions you will easily get high service. 2. Expensive furniture and veeery comfortable beds (we wanted to buy the same wood chairs like in Benedict and found the price on some website 760 eur per chair🥺:). 3. Near by nice restaurant villa Duiven with good breakfasts. Not often giving 10 but when it's 10 it's 10:)! May be because we pay in not High season not expensive price. Thanks.
