René is such a fantastic host. The accommodation exceeded my expectations. It is located four minutes by bus from Den Haag Central train station. Despite the weather, the room, the breakfast, and René's hospitality made my holiday great. I would definitely recommend it to my friends, and I would go back if I revisited Holland.

Arriving in the unassuming street, you would not expect the luxury of the room and a separate breakfast room. Wireless music system, night light with movement sensors, high thread count bed sheets... Highly recommended!

Super attentive host, great room and amenities, amazing breakfast, located right next to the lovely Haagse Bos.

The apartment is located perfectly next to a beautiful park and forest. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The distance to the center can be walked on foot along the paths through the nearby forest, meeting dogs and children playing along the way and watching water birds. You can also take a bus (the owner offered us a bus card) in case it rains (which is not uncommon in the Netherlands) and you can use umbrellas on site. The apartment has an audiovisual system with remote control. However, we didn't have much time to test everything. But the lamp with a butterfly is beautiful 🦋. And now the most important: breakfast served by Rene 🤩. We placed an order every evening, marking the start time for breakfast and the option of preparing an egg, and what additional wishes we had. In addition to the big meal, there was always a different cake and fruit every day. Rene went above and beyond to meet all expectations and was extremely helpful. A huge plus for his commitment. Rene, you are our number one B&B to date! Thank you 😀

Not much. You have 2 rooms but they feel a bit small but it is really no big deal.

The attentions. The owner Rene is going way out of his way to make you feel well and provides excellent attentions. The breakfast is rich and delicious. The flat like place offer everything. To go downtown it will take some 10 minutes by bus which leaves nearby. Rene provides e-cards for the bus and you reimburse him later. Parking is also easy in the area. We enjoyed our stay.

Due changes in my travel plans I was unable to stay overnight, but as it was too late to cancel the booking I used this apartment to spend time and rest prior to my ferry journey home. The landlord was concerned by my wasted expenditure and made me a four course meal before I departed in compensation. The neighbours were friendly and chatty.

I have to say that it's far more out of my expectations. Here you have several rooms, especially the sitting room, which makes it very like home. The suite has many delicate designs, for example, the loudspeaker system brings much romance, intelligent devices bring much modernization, and USB chargers gives so much convenience. More touching is that the host makes a brilliant breakfast with full heart! Omelet and salad are fresh, breads are warm, and orange juice is so delicious for the morning! If you drive a car for the travel, it is definitely recommended to book this hotel.

René the host is super nice, was very patient with us even though we arrived later than we indicated, and provided everything with great care. The place is extremely nice and clean. The breakfast was heavenly.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Car was parked in the street, easy, plenty of space and safe. You can do your jogging in the park next door. With bike or bus you can go to the beach or visit Den Haag. Breakfast is very good with fresh veggies and orange juice.

What a hidden gem! I enjoyed my stay at René's place. He is an excellent host and made my stay absolutely worthwhile. Having a whole floor to yourself is great and gives you all the space to relax and feel almost at home. The bed is comfy, the badroom absolutely spotless (as if the rest of the accommodation for that matters) and the breakfast was almost 5 stars luxury. I will definitely come back in the future!
