The reception is difficult to find. There is only one luft so it takes too long to go down or up especially when there are a lot of customers

The room was very cold and I could not adjust the AC for heating, it was central.

Helpful and pleasant staff. Clean room, comfortable bed. The room was very big and spacious. It even had a mictowave. Location is very central, in the heart of a shopping street and right next to the metro station so easy to go to the Central Station by train. Well equipped gym.

Good facilities and nice service. The place is easy to reach and right at The Hague centre which is very convenient. And the room is quiet and clean. Very perfect place to choose!

Heating in our room wasn't working. The staff gave us two heaters, so it was a bit better. They also told us that we need to keep one room key in the room even when we are not in, in order for the heating to work, which we found strange.

Location is perfect. Everything is close to the hotel. Lots of nice restaurants in the near. The room was spacious. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The noise on Thursday am from around 6/7am there was the loudest noises coming from above not sure if it was the gym or something but it was so loud. We could not get back to sleep from then. This wasn't something we'd been made aware of or to expect

The Wifi was terrible and clicked in and out all the time. I couldn't therefore stream anything on my devices. In the end, I was forced to use my data to read my e-mails and communicate via WhatsApp. There were not enough lifts and they were small. The lift button was broken on the entrance floor (which a label stating to only use the 'down' button. On one floor the screen wasn't working so you couldn't work out which floor the lift was on and if it was coming. The entrance to the hotel was rather underwhelming, which a side door to the street and then the old lift. I know you have a central location, but a ground floor entrance would be more welcoming. As a non-Dutch speaker, there were a couple of English speaking channels on the TV, which was great, but no English speaking news channels, which would be a helpful addition.

Great central location. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable, especially good pillows! Great powerful shower with plenty of hot water. Loved the addition of a big fridge and microwave, which was really useful.

Room was cold and the heating wasn’t working. Building works right outside our window started very early on Monday morning.

The ceiling was a bit low to the bed on the right side which was tricky.

Nice room with big bed, nice shower facilities. The bed took up most of the room but I didn't mind this as a solo traveller. Staff were nice.

I think the only problem was for park the car because the restaurant doesn't have parking and you have to find a park close to the hotel and they are kinda expensive. Maybe the hotel could try to make a contract with the nearest car park and they could offer a discount on the price of the car park, or another option. Who knows!!

I liked everything, all the staff was always very helpful, the room was clean and it's very nice to have an refrigerator (also microwave, a kettle...). And when you check out, they offer a voucher for the next time you go there.

Breakfast area above our room. So a bit noisy in the morning when one wanted to sleep in (after ASOT in Rotterdam ;-) )

The mirror was hidden behind the fridge and microwave so couldn't really see yourself. There was cold air coming from the windows although they were closed so had to keep curtains closed and heating on.

The room was much smaller than what it looked like in the pictures. A huge closet, fridge, microwave, chair, etc. only help to reduce the little space available. The reception being at the fourth floor also creates a distance to the guests.

Comfortable bedroom with very clean and well equiped bathroom. The location is very centric, which helps. The view out of the room wasn't to say amazing but at least not facing a wall.

My only complaint would be that the area at the entrance to the hotel is very grubby and dirty. Cigarette butts all over the ground and bin’s very close to the walk up to the door.

I really enjoyed my stay at The Best Western Hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
