The surroundings outside the hotel public area is a little dirty. But it is ok.

Nothing. A few rowdy people in the early hours but it's not the hotel's fault!

Hotel was near supermarket and tram/bus stop. Very friendly staff on arrival. Buffet breakfast was perfect because we had early starts and places to be. Room was comfortable and the layout was great, I was sharing a room with my mother and it felt like we each had our own section in the room.

There were some drunk homeless men sitting outside my room yelling for hours… mildly entertaining, and didn’t go overnight

The fridge of our room had a horrible odour to it, and the bed pillows were small(one square sized each) and it was a shame we were told we had to ask a day in advance if we wanted an extra pillow(because reception don’t have access to housekeeping rooms?). You can easily hear things outside of your hotel room. We felt we paid more than what we got, unless we were paying for a lounge sized room.

Easily accessible location, big lobby to wait in, vending machines, luggage storage, the room was big and clean, the staff were nice and check-in/out was easy. It’s okay for a short stay if you are looking for somewhere to just sleep and not spend a lot of time in.

There was a smell in the room coming from the air conditioner, unfortunately they receptionist couldn’t do anything about it but noted that it needed cleaning

The staff were friendly, especially Michael the restaurant manager during breakfast, he went above and beyond, everything was topped up and gave the atmosphere a pleasant feeling, fantastic

The hotel is not in the city center but in 20 minutes you will arriva to central station. There are a lot of tram bus . also the are a lot a lot of good restaurant but those are Muslim so you cannot order beer or wine

The area is a little rough, but with it being only 20 minutes or so into the centre everyday via a reliable tram system, this doesn’t pose as a problem as you don’t need to be spending time there.

However, the area is busy, and the buildings surrounding it are unattractive. So, if you look for pretty views, that's the only downside. The pillow was a little small and uncomfortable, but as a young person, it didn't bother me that much. Oh, and poor choice of tea (I'm a tea lover ;) )

Clean. Big shower and bathroom. Daily cleaning service. The hotel has polite, very helpful staff. Breakfast was tasty. The location is good, close to the city center, public transport, and shops and restaurants.

Dirty carpet, moreover, it is not cleaned every day. On the first day, there were not enough towels. After cleaning, was added the required amount. In the room, a coffee machine was declared, which did not work, water was leaking out from it. Twice I contacted reception with this question, they promised to check everything in an hour, but nothing changed anything, even the next day.

In the room were good beds, pillows, and blankets. Everything needed in the bathroom was available. Beautiful view of the canal with boats. Hotel parking was useful and with an available amount of places.

Staffs are friendly. Hotel near morning market that caters for muslim community. There are halal food shops, a shopping mall with 3 supermarkets. Bus or tram near the hotel to Schiphol Airport or Sloterdijk Bus Station.

There is nothing we didn't like, Maybe more coffee pods provided in the rooms?

Located in a relatively quiet area with access to lots of cafes, restaurants and bars in the surrounding streets and just less than a 5 minute walk to the bus stop (the no. 21) which takes you straight into Amsterdam Central (about a 25 minute journey). There is a huge supermarket across the square from the hotel which had a great bakery and deli. The room was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for our stay including free WIFI and a coffee machine. Comfy bed. Great shower.
