For me nothing, but there is no elevator. A petty there is no restaurant at the hotel...(only dining room for breakfast).

We had told that the breakfast has shifts and they booked us a time to come. When we arrived for the breakfast a lot of things from the buffet was finished. It makes us feel a bit disappointed.

Just the fact that the dinner places I should have booked upfront. Place in 200 meters was full for the dinner. But that's nothing to do with the hotel itself.

I really loved the hotel as a place to escape to the nature. The hotel is wonderful and stuff is very helpful and friendly.

The closest dining option at Woodz was easy, but not optimal. Woodz could have more quality and less quantity.

Despite the rainy days, we enjoyed the late sunny terrace. The room was perfect and especially with various chairs (often missing elsewhere). Cosy breakfast with supportive staff. Surroundings for wlaking etc are perfect.

One small thing: there is no wifi in the lodge's upper floor, but not a big deal.

I love everything of this hotel. We have been several times and it's always a joy to return. The setting is lovely, in the middle of the forest, and rooms and lodges are gorgeously decorated and equipped with all comforts. Staff is always very nice and we find the little souvenir you get at check out a nice touch! Will definitely be back.

The fact we could not stay longer.

What is there not to like! This is a gem of a place to stay. The best natural sleep in a long while, aided by the three hour walk in the woods and wonderful Italian meal in Velp. Already looking at dates for a return trip.

Climate control switches off every time you open the window. In a way that is good, but a bit annoying, too.

Amazing eye for detail - they had really thought about everything. Wonderful friendly staff, excellent breakfast and beautiful spacious and comfortable room. The location in the middle of the forest makes you forget you're in The Netherlands. Would 100% recommend.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of the Veluwezoom national park. Nice staff and great breakfast. Gluten and lactose free options available. Possibility to rent bikes for excursions in the park or towns nearby.

The location of hotel Beekhuizen is unique. It's right between a big city (Velp-Arnhem) and beautiful nature (Veluwe & Posbank). It's just out of the noise of the city. By being located a few hundred meters into the area of natural beauty, it gives you this unparalleled 'away from life' feeling. You can walk straight into the forest without even crossing a single road. Perfect.

The need for a guard rail at the top of the stairs (required for safety, but not a great look).

Excellent location for a get-way stay, yet close enough to a town with nice Restaurants. Our lodge was loaded with all the amenities, including a fireplace!... Super-clean and top-notch in every detail.
