the Domica light system is quite annoying if you are not familiar with it. Control panel provides a lot of light all night long without being asked We were unlucky that the garbage was collected outside the hotel next to our window at 7pm (Wednesday morning)

the room was very well designed, very pretty and super clean. Staff was very accommodating and friendly and the little street the hotel is at was very quiet (during the week that was). The room had a little box with funny faces to make fotos with. Super fun and was good for a real good laugh. The personal note in the room was felt special and showed dedication and appreciation for the guests. Well done for an outstanding Customer Experience.

Beautiful location, completely renovated in very old part of the city. It's silent although you are in the middle of the city and walking distance from restaurants and bars. The owner is super friendly and helpful and gave us an upgrade.

Parking is a nightmare in Den Bosch and the Hotels advice is to use an outside park and ride spot. This is not practical when you stay for one night only. I would have wished a proposal where to park close by.

There is no reception at this hotel. Was not easy to get a hold of the owner/ hostess. Most of the time you don’t see anyone, except sometimes the maid service. This is not meant as a negative criticism, just as an observation. Wendy, the owner/ hostess is very sweet and welcoming.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the city centre and the train station but also very quiet. The room was perfectly clean and had everything we needed. The air conditioning was also very much appreciated! We would not hesitate to stay here again.

A truly boutique hotel, only four rooms in heart of historic old town. A warm welcome awaits, as well as a luxuriously comfortable and modern room. Each room tastefully and individually appointed with fine attention to detail. My room was called Jazz and a record player and vinyl records were provided. I wonder what you would find in the room called Wine?! They have installed the best TV and radio package I've ever had in a hotel. Furthermore, this is the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in, not even a watermark on the glass shower screen. Bottles of water, fresh fruit, breakfast bars, sweets are put out on the landing for guests to help themselves, besides coffee and tea in the room. Excellent location, walking distance to station, shops, restaurants, museums...I'll be back.

Breakfast would have been great, but they're in the middle of a kitchen renovation, so it's understandable that they're not able to provide one. There were plenty of options near the hotel.

The service was great and even though we didn't meet the owner face to face, we still felt like we were being taken care of. The bed was huge and super comfortable and the bathroom was really luxurious! The location was also amazing - just a minute's walk from the old city centre. We're hoping to come back in the summer!

The position of the Hotel is excellent: 5 mins walk from the rail station. The Hotel is in a pedestrian street and pratically in the centre of the town. The room was lovely and perfectly clean. Wendy is super kind.

I did not like that there was no free parking space. Parking fees in the area are very high (3-4 euro/hour) and the park+ride option that the hotel proposes is just too far for persons with a disability or if you are travelling with luggage.

Beautiful room, very comfortable and nicely designed. I loved the spacious bathroom and the quality of the bed. The area is also very silent so you sleep well. I also liked that the room had a Nespresso machine!!

Sadly the last day of our holiday was ruined by the poor level of hospitality of the hotel management. The host was extremely rude and unprofessional. For the arrival, we did not receive any information about the check-in - no introductory email, no explanation about parking and services, how to get the key, how to access the internet, and so on and on... The main disappointment was in the morning when before leaving the room, I approached the staff to ask about milk for the coffee as one in the room was spoiled. The owner said, that we were not allowed to drink the coffee at 10:55 and we should leave immediately due to the checkout time..... "NO milk and NO coffee" - the lady shouted. We were shocked and left. But it still was not enough for the host of the "Boutique Hotel".... when left we were immediately sent the message that our attitude was wrong and we were not following the house rules as we are not allowed to ask for milk and drink coffee at 11:00 .... I travel a lot around the world and it was the first time ever I was treated like that. It is really hard to believe that it could happen nowadays. I have decided to write a complaint about the accident as I strongly believe that it is unacceptable.

Unfortunately, we couldn't appreciate the breakfast and the common services because they were suspended, apparently because of the pandemic.

The room is very well furnished and super clean. Perfect for a short stay.
