Restaurant not open, so no Steak House meal. No breakfast as had to arrive before 7pm to fill in breakfast form, we arrived 7:10 PM.

The television wasn't working or the remote so I wasn't able to put on any channels when relaxing, and when looking for staff I couldn't find one that was the only down side for assistance

The bedrooms are above a party centre, which is closed on Monday and Tuesday. We arrived Sunday evening so there was nobody besides us on the premises. You leave the key in a letter box: unfortunately my wife forgot a lot of food in the fridge and.....of course we could not get in again. Also the telephone number is a fixed phone for in the building so we had to leave it. We paid for breakfast, but there was no provision made for breakfast.

Cosy rooms, bit difficult to find, but we did in the end. There is a water boiler and some coffee and tea in the room, the breakfast utensils and fridge are in the corridor. Nice children playground with trampoline. Swimming pool is also near.

The hotel staff was 100% off Monday and Tuesday. No staff anywhere. My light in the bathroom wouldn't work and i had no one to call. The restaurant was closed so i was forced to go to an offsight restaurant. The bathroom had mold, was dark. It was not a hotel to recommend

This hotel can be categorised as an apartment with 5 bedrooms. The rooms are spacious with nice decorations. The rooms are advertised as having air conditioning, this is misleading as the rooms only have dehumidifiers and sizes of the dehumidifiers are quite small for the rooms. The heat rejection runs through the window, you have to leave the window open for heat to be rejected outside the room. The towels are quite old, no rooms services is available. No hotel personeel to be found. The check in and check out process happens through using a code located outside the main door to get your rooms keys. No receptionist and hotel entrances smells a lot. This feels like someone robbing me in a day light. Please do not waists your money on the so called 4* hotel. I wonder where and how they get a 4* for this apartment.

The rooms are spacious with nice decorations. They also have children play areas.

It wasn't clean, mould in the shower, very old towels with ripped stitching (I have better floor wipe), dust, dirt under the bed, room very small. We booked for family of 5 and got 3 towels, asked for more to hear they will bring them up and never received. Very loud air con unit, some people partying till middle of the night with music and shouting next door, so we couldn't sleep after long journey. Very big disappointment.

The hotel is really a bar resaurant with some spare rooms above, our presence apeared to be an annoyance to the rude staff, who had some poor organisation and confusion over our rooms and number of guests, and poor breakfast.

The location was fantastic and the room was comfortable with a great view over the lake from the balcony. The reception was warm and friendly and really helpful, with advice to all our questions. My wife is coeliac and we were able to discuss menu choices. The food was really good and I can recommend the steak! All in all, highly recommended and we’d definitely come back and stay again.

-There was a very penetrating parfum odour in the room. -The room was not very clean with hairs in the toilet and several dead mosquitoes on the walls. -Breakfast was very sober and put in a little refrigerator the evening before, which could be picked from the refrigerator next morning.

-The balcony with view over the lake. -The bed was comfortable. -The staff was friendly.

Breakfast, although plentiful, was prepared and stored in the refrigerator. We prefer fresh pastries and the like.

The location is perfect, on the edge of Eindhoven, easy to find, there is enough parking. The environment is beautiful (lake, promenade) and we had nice dinner at the restaurant.

Terrible experience. The room was not cleaned, it was cold, have a smell. I left after 10minuttes, and the hotel promised give my money back. After two weeks, still didnt ger the money.
