The only downside from my point of view is public transport options to access the hotel. you can get close to the hotel only by bus #175 (which sometimes have long gaps, about 20 - 25 minutes) and still have to walk about 500 meters to reach it.

Nice hotel, the room was clean, equipped with electric cattle, Tea/coffee/sugar, banquettes. the bed was very comfortable. Very good breakfast - large variety to choose from and yummy.

Only thing is the heating - they could’ve turned it on before we arrived, because the room was really cold. But I turned it on as soon as we arrived and it got warmer during the night.

Everything was great, specially the staff! The night guy was super nice to us when we arrived late :)

the staff is really rude (does not apply to all) and not really flexible. when i went to get some towels to clean the water in the room they couldn't give it to me. only when I got angry there were some possibility's. the first solution was a box of klenex tissues but with that you will not come a great way to get a room filled with water clean. only when the evening manager came i could get some towels. also the breakfast ode not have enough tables so it is possible that you can wait for a couple of minutes

the room was amazing, except when we went to shower, because the drain did not work so wel and the room was fulled with water. the rooms does have great beds and perfect room climate control enough power outlets and a good internet connection. the walk to the station is only about 5 minutes and there are a couple of places that you can go to to get something to eat. the mall is from the station only 2 stops away so you have a lot of places to go to.

First of all, we were given a room that was already occupied. Second the room was not even prepared, and thrashed without any blankets, or pillows. Next, we were given a third room where there was no heating at all and when I told reception they offered us an extra blanket 😂. After a long drive, we couldn't even shower because it was so cold in the room. Never again.

It was really disgusting. There was a used maxi pad in the bed sheets, used towels on the towel rack and hairs everywhere.

The staff at the reception asked me for a PHOTO of the ID, because I forgot my ID somewhere else. While I was looking in the phone for a photo, she got anxious and she started to shout at me to hurry up with the photo. When I said that it will take a minute to find it, she shouted again at me, demanding a REAL ID, otherwise she will cancel the reservation, which she did. There was loud music from one of the rooms, people were loud and dressed only in shorts, without t-shirts. I was denied staying there even after I told them that I will return with the ID. Staff is rude and yelling at people. This is NOT A HOTEL, is a MOTEL for truckers or one night stays in loud horrible music and loud conversations.

If you do a late night check inn, the rooms should be clean and ready but instead we got a dirty room with dirty toilet and sheets. When we asked on reception for a clean sheets at least, we got even dirtier ones so by far the dirtiest hotel I've ever been in. Not worth for that money, only thing good was a breakfast:(

booked room on line same day as arrival. when we arrived late at night the day staff had not cleaned the rooms even though they had from midday to do so. there were no clean rooms so we could not stay even though their web site showed vacancies

For approximately 130 euros for a night without breakfast, we got a room that was last decorated probably 30 years ago, considering the appearance of the furniture, without air conditioning and a refrigerator in the room, and the apartment itself looks more like a lodging house from American movies with external entrances to the rooms than to a classic hotel

The receptionist did her job very helpfully and professionally at the level of a higher category hotel and that's the only positive thing and that is the only positive thing about our accommodation in this hotel.

House keeping was very poor they did not even straighten the sheet just pulled the blanket over the bed. when towels were given for washing they did not replace them
