When we made the booking via booking.com we had to make a request to get a double bed, the next day we got a message from HUP saying it was fine. Our room didn't have a double bed but they offered two drinks. When looking at the bathroom there was dust and long black hairs on the ground, and dirt on the wall of the shower. Found a long piece of plastic wrap in the bacon during the breakfast.

Many sport facilities, including a swimming pool, two bubble bath/jacuzzi and sauna. There is a bar and a restaurant inside, food was amazing. Bedrooms are super large!

Great hotel, loved the athletic facilities, breakfast had a large assortment and was yummy. Easy parking. Great family place. Would return.

The room was not very well sound insulated we could hear a dog barking in another room and children shrieking in the corridor at all hours.

Overall we had a fun time, although it is a really big hotel and it was extremely busy everywhere at all times, which made it a bit stressful. We really enjoyed trying out different sports and the kids loved going to Monkey Town.

The bedsheets didn’t fit the mattress properly which was quite annoying because they kept coming loose during the night. We all slept well but that was just a bit annoying.

Breakfast and dinner were great. Sweet or savoury, hot or cold, all delicious and fresh! Lunch options were limited but good.

Dusty in the room, in the bathroom. Rookvrij terasse hahaha only for style. Many people smoke in this area but the personnal of the reception and the bar don't care about my remark. We would like to eat outside with my daughter. So, we must stay inside. When you arrive you smelt cigarette because the zone is in front of the hotel entrance. This is for family, many kids... not the best place.. Swimmingpool a little bit Cold. The personnal of the bar is too slow.

The installation, this the place for family. Many choices of sport or activities. The food of the restaurant was really great. The amazing breakfast. The monkey jungle for children. Animations for children.

Some missing balls or cue sticks at the snooker table. The swimming pool is very small.

Many things in the hotel are not included in the price. The feeling is of a kind of all-inclusive, but the bowling and the other sports facilities in the place cost money. The parking is 5€ per day. Also the pool was very cold and the floor in the room was not so clean.

A charming and fun hotel for families and kids not far from Eindhoven. We stayed there to be close to the amusement park Eftling and because friends who stayed there recommended it. Most of the employees there are young and nice guys. The stay included a delicious, but not varied, breakfast. Every morning the same meal. The area where the hotel is located is very nice and the center of Mierlo and restaurants are nearby.

I think the swimming pool could have been 2 - 3 degrees warmer, it was too cold especially for young children. One of the jacuzzis was not working, which led to overcrowding. The reception got the time of the child - parent yoga sessions wrong, and we were disappointed we couldn't join at the time we were told (and the flyer was wrong). Also the daycare onsite was poorly managed - my one year old was left by himself on a chair when we went to pick him up and he could have easily fell down and badly hurt himself if we weren't there on time. Both him and my daughter had soiled themselves for over two hours and no one changed them which left them such bad diaper rashes. It was not professional and I wouldn't recommend other parents to use their daycare.

I liked the fact that there was lots of family and kid activities to do. A lot of detail is placed on making the place feel like a sports venue. The breakfast buffet was great and definitely a highlight for my kids too.

Please provide moee information for your guests! There was no info about opening times of the facikities, nothing about the prcies for bowling and street jump. There was no information about the cinema (which movies?wheb? For who? How to reserve?).

since September 22 quality of food has gone down .. I believe cost of living hits 🙄05.23 vs 09.22 photos attached , restaurant service staff need to be trained how to serve/ what’s 1st and not let customer waiting for drinks 20min 🥵and bring all with food

Maybe could have staff oversee some of the open (no reservation) activities so that kids could equally get a chance to play certain sports/activities. I wish that the hotel could have an All inclusive package offering breakfast, lunch and dinner. This way there is no need to leave the property. Everything in one place. Great especially when you have small kids.

Lots of activities and sports for the kids. Monkey Town entry included in the package. Nice pool, jacuzzi and shower/dressing area. Big restaurant and other eateries (bar). Base room was spacious enough for a family of 4 and an infant. Parking facility is huge and close to the hotel (€5 per night)
