Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

NetherlandsDelivered bread and croissants as included special service for VIP cottages were not fresh, disappointing. The service in Nonna's restaurant was nice but food was very bed, I think it was the worse pizza in my life.
Nice resort with accommodation in cottages. Aqua Mundo has facilities and the water slides for all ages, really enjoyed it. The Jungle Dome is a really lifesaver during rainy Dutch winter, children can play with sand, water, great indoor playground. Be careful, children will be wet and dirty but kids will love it .

United KingdomLack of cleaning service during the 5 days. To have one towel all week isn’t normal. If you wanted more then you have to pay 8 euros. I had a VIP cottage apparently. Yet didn’t get treated like a VIP. Also one toilet roll for 4 ppl. Again never going to last all week so more had to be purchased. Not an expensive item so why not just start off with more than one roll?
Property was a good size.

United KingdomToo expensive, specially if most of the activities were for an additional charge. Too many flies getting into the cottage through the panels. And the location. This is just for 3-4 days max with little children only
The facilities like swimming pool and the lazy river, jungle dome were really nice. Shame that tennis court was for an additional charge of 20/hour. The courts look unused and dirty.

GermanyToilet in the VIP cottage was so small that I hit my head on the wall trying to sit down (for some reason premium has a bigger bathroom). Everything in the parc is overpriced. Aqua Mundo coulda really be warmer - water - and overall temperature in the pool facility is just not inviting.
All in all it's a relaxing place especially nice for children. VIP and Premium cottages were spacious clean and comfortable. The parc isnt far away from some small cities

Netherlands* Because of forest you get little sun but we loved it * employees cannot get tips from guests from card. And nobody has cash at the park as employees do not accept cash. We wanted to leave tip and could not. Suggestion to the management: it's very simple to change pms or micros to allow employees to get tips by pin machine, please do so ❤️ * extras are a bit overpriced, like bowling 27.5 or machines at attraction center. But ok. We used all and enjoyed
Nice place for a family stay. Beautiful forest around. Renewed houses are really good. We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed it a lot 🎀 Aqua Mundo has 2 slides and outside *wild slide*. Nice entertainment for the family. Real trees inside. Suggestion to future guests to take all possible anti mosquitoes stuff. It helped a lot because you are in the forest. We definitely book Center parks again!

NetherlandsWeary cottage that needs maintenance, dirty dishes in the cabinets, mouse droppings under the sofa. And this was a VIP cottage 😅 Also we had to pay for a 4 person cottage for just 2 adults and a 2-year-old who needs a crib, because, as they said, the crib cannot fit into a 34 sq. m 2-persons cottage "for safety reasons". Ridiculous! Everywhere else a crib fits perfectly into a tiniest 14 sq m hotel room.
The activities are nice but often pricy. Accomodation leaves much to be desired.

Germany- The first cabin (VIP) we had became infested with flying ants. The staff were able to move us into a different cabin (Adventure), which was a "downgrade" but was actually a bigger, better positioned, and more comfortable, so it ended well. - The cost of activities was a bit too high for what it was. For example, the horse and cart ride is shared amongst up to 15+ guests, it goes for 1.5hrs, but costs 15eur each (even for our 1.5yo). I'd say 5-10eur each + kids under 3 ride free would be more reasonable.
- Every member of staff we dealt with was super helpful and friendly. - The sheer amount of activities to take part in for kids was so good. Our 1.5yo was positively exhausted by the end of the holiday (so were we!) - The pool area was big, well-maintained, and a lot of fun.

NetherlandsCheck out was too very early. Considering families with the babies make it a little bit of rush in the morning. Check out could be 11.00 am or 12.00 pm as standard.
Nature, facilities, cleanliness of the rooms, silence, dining area, and of course large pools.
