The shared kitchen didn't have any cutlery or plates and was always very busy and unorganised. The place itself was decent and for the price you shouldn't expect a lot of luxury l, but I thought my room would be a bit bigger and more comfortable. It suffices as a place to stay and sleep, but I didn't really enjoy my stay.

The room, bathroom, toilet and hallway were nice and decent although my room was a bit dusty.

Some of the kitchen appliances werent properly cleaned, outside of the room the whole building was under renovation so there were construction materials in the entrance and the walls were newly dyed by workers it was still wet.

The owner provided most of the things, the place was cozy, close to the center and safe. The owner responded inquiries immediately, the room was clean. Overall, nice.

We got woken up by very loud cunstruction on a Sunday morning at 9.

Kitchen and kitcheware are very poor, there wasnt plates, knives, forks, spoons, dishwasher was dirty and it smell, also washmaschine was dirty. In the kitchen you meet people who are not from the appartment.

Location is perfect, on opposite site of train station and also near the city center.

I was not able to close the window in my room fully, which resulted in me getting bitten by mosquitoes during the night. There were no cups to use with the coffee machine in the room, and none available in the shared kitchen. Apart from that, everything else was good.

Nice self service property in a very convenient location opposite Tilburg Railway Station. Access to the property was via a Door Code given in information before arrival, however please note that if you did not request and pay for early check-in then that code will not work before 3:00pm local time. Many thanks to the property owner for clearing up this confusion on my arrival day. Everything was clean, including the shared toilet/bathroom facilities.

Balcony was dirty. Sand, twigs, just dirt. A brush and pan would be ideal here. The entrance to the property was pretty bad, hundreds of cigarette ends and litter in the doorway. The 2nd night we were there (4 nights booked) there was a a fire alarm set off at 11.40pm. As we left our apartment we saw the burnt pan that someone on our floor had left on the open windowsill. The whole building was evacuated. Unfortunately there was no help from the owners even after repeated phone calls. I was informed after the whole incident was over that the police had sorted the alarm issue. It was myself and my partner that went to the police office to entail their help. We also had to take out the bins, after 4 days of sorting recycling, it was all dumped in the dumpster on the corner. Nice central apartment, doesnt look or smell great on entry and the lack of contact is of concern. Beds are really creaky too

I was warned about construction work in the lobby AFTER booking. Due to the heavy dust from the construction the kitchen is unusable. It would have been fine, had it been written in the advert, which it wasn’t. On the last morning of my stay I was woken up at 7:30 by a masonry drill being used upstairs right above my room.

The room was clean, the WiFi was fast and the other guests calm.

First night we arrived codes weren't working on auto-lock mechanism fell off the door so we couldnt get into our room at night. We were told to wait until 8am to see if someone could call us back... this meant we had to wait for hours and hours until the next morning without any sleep and were eventually let in by one of the other guests and NOT staff from the apartment building (never actually saw a single staff member or cleaner on this visit). Ridiculous to be told by a hotel company that there is no 24/7 on site person to help so we had to sit on uncomfortable wooden seats in the shared kitchen with no sleep for what felt like an eternity (about 5 hours). Essentially I paid for 3 nights and was only able to get in for 2 of them. Dust everywhere and food left on floor. Need some sort of refund here.

Actual room wasn't too bad. Everything else was terrible.

The room and whole place was really cold, you had to wear outer clothes. The floors were dirty and cold. In the kitchen there is literally a hole in the wall to the outside. There was no sound-proofing, you can hear all the noise from the street and whole building. The room smelled really bad. It was nice that there was a fridge in the room but it was really loud. The room was tiny. Also it would be a good idea that the phone number of the owners would be visible somewhere since there is no staff present. I locked myself out of my room without my phone and was in big trouble on how to get back in without any phone numbers or info anywhere. The place was under renovation, literally ripped open and I only received notice of this one day before my visit so there was no time to change places. Also the name says it is a hotel but you receive a message saying it is not a hotel. The price was way too high for what you get, don't be fooled by the pictures.

The location is the only good thing about this place.

the photos are better than in reality. the main problem is the lock that opens whenever it wants, sometimes you have to enter your pin several times. apart from the fact that the room was cold and the radiator turned on to 5 was only slightly warm. The tiles in the bathroom are moldy. The worst thing, however, was being woken up at 7 a.m. by the workers who were renovating there. It's too bad that I wasn't informed about it earlier, I certainly wouldn't have rented the room. I leave sleep-deprived and disappointed. Overall, I don't recommend it

1. The bedsheets were clearly used and filthy, which is completely unacceptable for any accommodation. 2. The dining table was covered in oil and crumbs, indicating that the apartment had not been cleaned or prepared for our arrival. 3. Dishes were left unwashed in the sink, adding to the overall unsanitary environment. 4. The trash can was overflowing and emitted a foul odor, making it evident that no effort had been made to maintain basic cleanliness. 5. The bathroom was in a deplorable state, with visible dirt and grime, and the towels provided were soiled and unsuitable for use. We did not accept to stay there, even it was almost 6 pm, we walked through the rain and looked for another accommodation. When we managed to find one (and it is not so easy in Tilburg) we wrote to the owner of the apartment regarding the status we found there and that we will not stay there any more . Also we sent pictures. They said that they will clean the place next day in the morning at 9 o'clock and they offered us at 00.05 am (when my daughter was already in bed after a long travel day) another alternative accommodation.Now we are claiming for our money back, but from the side of the owner of the property it's no answer. We hope we will solve the issue through Booking, because under Dutch law (article 6:228 of the Dutch Civil Code), a contract which has been entered into under the influence of an error and which would not have been entered into had there been a correct assessment of the facts may be voidable.

Nothing, because I could not stay there.The state of the apartment was so appalling ,lack of cleanliness and hygiene. it was impossible for my daughter and me to consider staying there. The unsanitary conditions not only jeopardized our health and safety but also caused significant emotional distress. As a result, we had no choice but to seek alternative accommodations for the night.

n a lot of things could be way better. first off the entrance was hard to find; it was basically an old beaten up door with no sign or anything that would point out that the hotel was there. second; we couldn't enter, because to enter you had to have a code to open the door wich we didnt got. we only got the code to the little key safe to get the key, but that was inside! we had to wait until a person who lived there to let us in. after that we called the phone number registered to the person who looked after the place. we had to give our name and then she gave us the code for the door upstairs. we finally could enter our room after traveling for 2.5 hours + waiting for a long time outside of the door. but then! the code we got from the lady on the phone didn't work for the door outside! we tried calling and the person who goes over booking.com told us we were going to be called back in 10 minutes. 10 minutes turned into 30, and we were in a hurry because of our concert we were visiting. eventually another person who stayed at the same hotel gave us their code so we could enter the door after the concert. and that call i was supposed to get? never got it. we're aware its a self service hotel, but we were very disappointed and dissatisfied when it comes to the information you get.

The location was close-by the train station wich was pretty neat in my opinion, and the room was nice aswell, thats all i have for the positive feedback...

Forget they don't care

There was no body to receive me. No Lift I have to locate key and drag heavy luggage upstairs. It's like No man castel/ghosts house since No Staff at all I find during my 18 days stay which is shocking. Cleaning forget when asked demanding heavy money. Moreoveraskingme to dumpgarbage in thenext street. Whilevacating Cleaningstobe done myselfwhile they collectfst money. Last day they were rude in booting me out while half my luggage stuck inside because sharp 10am they suddenly cancelled my password for door I will never ever go there again I feel.
