Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

just three steps from the metro and two stations from the railway station, a super stylish hotel, with awesome capabilities, the room can be fully controlled via an iPad, everything is very convenient, understandable, stylish and with a sense of humor, special respect to the people who work in this hotel, I felt like I came to visit friends; within a 5-minute walk there are excellent coffee shops with brunches that are popular with locals. 10 of 10

United KingdomThe room is tiny, the bed against the window and no wardrobe. I was totally fine with it and actually loved the coziness. More for other people to be aware, especially if XL size. The only real downside is that everything is automated, check-in / check-out, cleaning opt-in, entrance to hotel via room digital key, etc. So no much staff to interact with at reception and reception often empty. No gym.
The bed was super comfortable and the room very quiet. Great automated day and night curtains and awesome lighting. Huge shower with excellent flow of water. Even if the room was marked as single the bed was a generous double, with great bedding and pillows. Even if the hotel is not very central the underground is few steps away and connects to center in few minutes; also underground on the way to the airport so very handy. Great bakery / cafe just next door.

United KingdomThe room was super small and really equipped for business travellers more than tourists. It was tight for two of us for 4 nights. The downside was no coffee/tea making facilities in the room so you had to go downstairs and pay at the bar to take them up to your room. Even just a couple of drink tokens would be appreciated for the first brew of the day!
The room was fine, with a comfy bed and very clean. The hotel was in a good location. We used the free bikes which was also a great addition. The hotel generally is very modern and well looked after. Staff were really helpful and welcoming at all times.

The staff were really helpful and welcoming and the hotel itself has a lovely atmosphere. I especially liked the lounge with the choice of sofas and chairs and appreciated the mix of artwork.
