The design of the room is a bit weird. The bathroom walls are translucent glass and there's no sound insulation. No fridge in the room. Communication wasn't really possible before arriving due to channels set up just with chatbot. Not really an option to communicate with a person until at the property

The staff is really friendly and willing to help, the location of the hotel is great. There's luggage storage also free of charge. Room's ipad system worked well

The bedroom heat didn’t work properly on the app , and Although the bed felt comfortable you’ve heard Neigbor’s next to you above you as well as guests walking thru the hallways so no proper sleep was had at the Citizen unfortunately .

I absolutely loved the modern and contemporary design of the hotel . The location is perfect and honestly the bigger highlight was an employee by the name of Ieva who made the experience at the hotel. She’s in right field and you all should be glad to have her. Oh I loved her. Also the breakfast select was grand

I personally am not a fan of having check in with no staff (like self checkouts, it’s a bit impersonal).

The property was very stylish and central. The bar staff were kind and helpful. I loved the room over the courtyard which felt like a tree house and was clean and modern. The touch pad lighting was quirky.
