Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NetherlandsThis apartment is fantastic. The location is in the city and silent. Near a lot of restaurants and shops. There is a lot of luxery and when you miss something you can always contact the host. He is flexible, service oriented and wants to make your stay the best you had.

NetherlandsDuring the Sunday a local festival was going on, which was a bit noisy, and even with excellent isolated windows the music could still be heard a little bit inside. Music stopped at a decent time, way before bedtime, so no problem. For an apartment in the city centre, I thought it was much better than could be expected, but if you want absolute silence, don't stay in the centre ;-)
Very friendly host, location was excellent in the city center. But it is also very close to a nice nature area (Bossche Broek). Apartment was well suited for cooking a simple meal. Cozy living room, nice dining table that for us doubled as a working desk. Very good isolation of the house / windows so little noise from the street.

South AfricaLocated in central of town. Walking distance to station and very good restaurants. Mitchell will even do restaurant bookings and booked our taxi for us. He was always just a phone call away. Mitchell has more than one property all decorated very nicely. We booking again in January to stay in one of the apartments.

well-equipped kitchen with a sitting area where you can relax and watch TV. Spacious bedroom with modern bathroom. A parking spot is available at 50 meters and the host is always reachable by phone. recommended for a stay in Den Bosch!

United KingdomPurely the level of noise in the front bedroom as it's so close to bars. So maybe not suitable for young children. Fine for us as a group of friends!
Beautiful two bed apartment right in the centre. Great communication throughout including when the room was ready for us to check in. Location is perfect! Short walk from the train station and so close to the bars and restaurants and right in the centre of Den Bosch. Beautifully decorated, very comfy bed! Lovely touches throughout and we will be back I am sure!
